"Try going up and down on them tons of times! The more you get used to it the less you should fear it!"

Heya mikes! You seem like the type of gal who knows most about mental and physical health, so any tips on getting your sleeping schedule in check? it has been affecting on my schooling a bit and i’d like to be able to get back to sleeping normally. So any tips?

"I'm pretty bad at giving advice to be honest, but I totally get how you're feeling! I have some sleeping issues as well. I asked April for some help on this question, so here's my best answer! Have you tried prescription medication? Try talking to a doctor about your insomnia, and they can prescribe something for it! If that's not available, try tea, drawing, and other soothing activities. Drawing is my favorite of course, but sometimes I enjoy stretching! Getting exercise can also help with sleep, as you'll have less energy when you finally lay down! Also, a big one is setting alarms. set alarms for when you're going to sleep, and when you're waking up. Following a routine will make a huge difference."
