Still, she did find unfair the all situation… this only fueled her more to try to help the man. She tried to calm down her boiling emotions for a bit.

“Well, that is more then a reason to accept my help and commission!”

The man sighs and shakes his head

“Id love to, but right now even with the materials i have no equipment… And i can’t give a friend subpar clothing!”

She disliked that she was being backed against a corner, but she wanted to help Moniker… he deserved a second chance…

“Then let me lend you money to help you get the equipment!”

“I couldn’t- it’s all rather expensive, and is only worth getting if you consistently make clothes.”

“Please!”

She could feel herself getting a bit smug for a few seconds.

“I am a rock star, I have money!”

That was a rather false statement, but she made sure to look like she was saying the truth.

Those words weren’t words she was fairly used to hear… She was there to please her fans, to make them rock. It was what she was uses to do so.

“I guess… you may be right Moniker…”

She took a bite of the chip. Always having those works echoing in her head.

“Hey… want desert?” She grinned at him.

He seems surprised but shrugs

“I’m down, although i have to ask… What’s on the menu?”

She’d gone from nervous and shaking to grinning in less then a minute, and he wasn’t sure if he should be impressed or scared

“Mmm…” she looks at the menu that is hanging in the food van.

“Ice creams and milkshakes. Not much uh… I would go for a slice of pie…”

She looked at him in a suggesting voice tone, she was inviting him over for desert.

“Well that all sounds quite nice. I think they have a brownie and ice cream dish?”

She was extending him the same olive branch he’d given her earlier, but this time said olives were quite literally sweeter. Well played.

“I think they do. Let me get it for you.”

She got up and ordered the sweet desert for both of them. She ended up looking back at him.

“How is the clothes business going?”

“Uhhh… Well lazy kind of died… Right now i’m living in the area with the pirate houses by the lagoon. I keep their clothes and sails or whatnot working and they let me stay, eat, drink, all that. Could be worse, but lets just say i won’t be able to sell for a while.”

He sounds like he’s given up on that for a while, honestly the constant struggle to keep afloat was bad enough with his lazy branch, but without it? Best to settle. The more pressing concern? The quality of the brownie

She felt a bit sad that the man had somehow given up on his passion. It wasn’t fair… he was really unlucky… if only she could help.

“What if… I ask for a commission? I will pay for everything of course!”

A smile brighten her face.

He pauses, surprised. Then smiles

“Well i’d love to make you something! Honestly you have been so nice i’d usually give a discount, but unfortunately i can’t afford the materials right now… Did you have something in mind?”

She crossesd her arms and pouted feeling upset he was thinking about that in his situation.

“I don’t want a discount! I should be paying double!!”

She took a small pause to think.

“Maybe a long black punk jacket?”

“Punk jacket you say? Easy enough. What material?”

He blinks

“And you don’t need to pay double, trust me-”

“Maybe leather? That would look really cool don’t you think?”

Her grin was folowed by a frown.

“Yes I do! I want to help you afterall!”

“Leather works. And trust me… I’ll be fine. It’s honestly enough that you are still willing to have me work on something like this.”

He smiles brightly

That smile of his… she could feel her cheeks warming up once again… it was actually… cute.

“Why wouldn’t I? I love your creations.” She smiles back at him.

"Well... I kind of went bankrupt? Although to be fair that wasn't at my own skill's fault, but still. Not exactly inspiring customer confidence."

He shrugs, noticing her redness but figuring she was a bit chaotic from the earlier emotions

Snow nibbled his ear as her tail wagged, tugging it a bit.

He looks at her and squeaks softly, a shush since dire was still asleep

She whined softly before she looked at Dire. She licked at him now, seems she wanted them to be awake.

He squeaks softly, knowing but dire needed his rest

Snow puffed out her cheeks as she fluffed up, pouting.

Moni snuggled with her for now, stroking her back slowly with one wing

She huffed again and buried her face into Dire’s fur. Dire just snored softly, turning over a little. Which wasn’t easy with a cone on his head.

He just pats her back gently. She was spoiled

Dire eventually woke up, yawning. “Hm…?”

He raised a brow and looked at Moniker. “Hm..? What is it..?”

He just squeaks. Then looks at snow

“Maybe two minutes.”

He whined as did Snow. Snow hugged into Dire as she whined loudly

He kisses them both on the head and smiles sadly

Snow looked at Moniker then to Dire.

“Well hopefully I can go home soon…” Dire sighed.

“Yeah… But you need to rest first.”

“Yeah yeah… but I may need some tlc when I get home~” his tail wiggled as he winked.

He just sighs

“Can you not be horny for 12 seconds?”

“Listen, I nearly died and I am also stuck in this place with no entertainment… what do you want me to do…?”

“Read maybe?”

“Last time I tried the book fell into the cone…”

“Ask them to turn on the tv?”

“Yeah… I have but they seem to ignore me or are too scared to come in here…”

“I guess some people don’t really find me all too cute,..” he sighed. “As usual people are afraid… I am starting to get worried though because hunters probably come here and if they found out I was here…” he whined as he started to shake a little.
