“I’m leaving cause I know how this works by now. You’re gonna pretend not to be crazy and then it’s gonna turn out you like stealing people’s eyes or some shit. Fool me once and all that shit. And the name’s Brendan. Remember it, cause I ain’t saying it twice.”

"Pretend to not be crazy? I don’t need to pretend, I’m not crazy. I just have a hobby I enjoy! There’s nothing wrong with seeking out the perfect peepers for my collection. Also it’s not stealing, it’s collecting. Don’t take me for some type of brute who goes around taking any type of eyes! I have standards.

"Brendan.. Brendan, trust me, I’ll remember it. I’m Dathy."

*Brendan stops for a moment as he's leaving, and lets out a long, pained sigh.*

"...Y'know what? Fuck it, I'm just gonna be proactive for once. I mean, we all know how this is gonna end anyway, right?"

*He turned around, grabbing a metal baseball bat from seemingly nowhere, hoisting it up to rest on his shoulder.*

"Alrighty, let's just get this over with. Come at me."

"Aha.. Hey now, we don’t have to resort to violence, Brendan! Where did you even get that from anyway? I have no intention on hurting you, so you can put the bat away. Truth be told, I’m practically harmless!"

Mitsuzo seem to approach Dathy, though they kept a distance from the survivor. Mostly because they can be a bit intimidating to newcomers— not that they wouldn't be.

"Tell me, how do you judge sinners? I don't quite understand how one survivor can judge the rest, I'm afraid."

"Just because I’m a survivor doesn’t mean I’m incapable of providing judgement. As someone who was born to give out the perfect judgement, do you really think I’m going to let something like being considered a survivor stop me? Hah! That’s ridiculous!"

"But I’ll give you this. In case you haven’t noticed, mostly, if not all the survivors here are nothing but filthy sinners. Terrible criminals who have gotten away with their sins for far too long~ Well, except for that prisoner.. I suppose. Oh, but how I would still love to provide a punishment of my own to him!"

"Ah, but that’s not to say you hunters are the exception either. This whole manor is filled with sinners! It’s practically a dream for me!"
