Will they be able to return their worlds to their former glory? Or are our dearest nations destined to crumble alongside their citizens?

The timeline for the International Outbreak AU {aka Outbreaktalia}, begins in the year 20XX, with the 2Ps actually at war with the 1Ps. Luciano, having gotten bored of trying to take over the 2Ps' version of Earth, decided to set his sights on OUR world (the 1P world, obviously.) However, in the midst of the bloodshed and fighting, both worlds receive word from international news that people across the globe are beginning to fall ill with something almost akin to rabies, but there's a catch... Rather than just transmitting the disease through biting, some of those afflicted have begun to EAT other humans. And what's more? After the virus kills the host? They come back.

With the revelation of the worlds he sought to take over at risk, Luciano Vargas reluctantly agrees to form a temporary alliance with the other nations, both 1P and 2P, in order to try and prevent the world from completely being destroyed by the crisis.
