❀ Someday is, technically, in Eden’s canon, Olivia’s daughter. This is not the case on ask-leafeons, where they are both roughly the same age.
❀ Her nickname, Sun, came from her half-sister misunderstanding her name and calling her Sunday, which was shortened to Sun. It was easier than calling her Someday all the time, so it stuck.
b o n u s r o u n d s❀ Someday was not as naïve as she seemed to most. While usually dim-witted, she was very capable of figuring things out, once she actually noticed something was going on in the first place. This naturally cheery attitude combined with her ability to come to conclusions eventually helped her survive the corruption mostly unharmed, despite being corrupted herself.
❀ (A bit of backstory, for context. In the Eden universe, the corruption was hidden in evolution stones, and when triggered by the main villain, everyone who had evolved via stones became corrupted, losing their minds and becoming extremely aggressive. Eevee and its evolutions were believed to be immune, however, halfbreeds such as Sun were not fully immune. When a halfbreed was corrupted, the corruption slowly spread, with negative emotions such as anger or sadness greatly speeding up the process. If left unchecked, they would lose their minds in time and become no different from the other corrupted.)
❀ When the corruption broke out, Sun had been exiled for several years, and found herself becoming corrupted as well. She quickly realized that the corruption spread faster the more she worried about her friends, and so she retreated into her cave to take her mind off it, and spent the rest of her time focusing on remaining calm.
