"Oh, heya, partner! I think I can call ya that cuz that Morpeko gal told me aboutcha." she smiles with a cool hand gesture. "Sadly I couldn't able to visit this place as it too dangerous as you say...
Anyways, I've heard that ya have an unusual tall Leafeon friend...and a bit spooky, hehe. Enlighten with the info about them? An' how did y'all meet?"
”Oh you must be one of Ali’s crewmates then,” Gamma fiddled with the datapad in her paws, making sure the connection didn’t break up while inside the compound. “I won’t blame anyone for not swinging by, specially if they don’t got access to a reconstructor. Gotta be careful when you only got one life and all!”
At the mention of her friend Gamma’s smile brightened and she held out the datapad so the camera could show behind her.
“This is actually the same place we met in! Couple years ago when I was with a different crew we were exploring this place for scrap and I heard some of the worst screeching possible! Sounded like a hell of a fight going on so of course I had to go and watch!”
“Anyways by the time I got to the spot it was clear the fight was over and whoever the winner was had dragged themself off to hide. I was still curious about what could do that kinda damage to a thumper so I followed the blood trail. Imagine my surprise to find a leafeon hunched in a corner snarling and hissing.”
“It was pretty clear the poor guy was the one in the fight and hurt so I did my best to calm him down. Sat there and talked, shared some rations until he trusted me enough to get closer and patch him up. By that time it was almost time for the ship to set off, pretty sure everyone else was dead already since it hadn’t left earlier. Anyways I wasn’t about to just ditch someone on one of these moons and it was clear he had been here for a long time. So I grabbed his paw and convinced him to follow me back on the ship!”
“And with some sweet talking I got him a gig with the company so he could get a proper place to sleep and regular rations, plus we got to stick together! Course most teams are spooked by the big guy so once my old crewmates had come back they weren’t exited to see my new buddy hanging with me so we got bounced around a few teams until Data agreed to take us on.”
“Oh but don’t let the looks spook you! He’s a big ol softie once you get to know him! Best snuggle buddy ever. Just avoid eye contact, it spooks him and he can get a bit defensive when on edge.”
Panina listens as she getting a bit sad and happy at the same time.
D'aww...that is...very touching....
Well, ya are in luck, cuz we DO have someone similar too. She is Mimikyu and despite her...unusual look, she is REALLY friendly. And talks like a joyful gal, not a horrific monster. So, if ya meet her, just know that she won't bite, nor spook. I promise.
How did she ended up here? Well, I don't exactly know, but she told us that she came from the isle region and is a reincarnation of a human, who also had a purple hair. Ali is probably the only one who knows her well, I joined the staff after those two.
Looks like him and her would be bestest friends, hehe...or so I thought...
“Really? Dude that’s sick!” Gamma chirps happily after hearing about the mimickyu, “I’ll def have to meet her at some point and introduce her to Briar. Hopefully she won’t mind being the one to do most of the talking though since my leafy pal is still learning. He’s more the nonverbal communicatin type but I know what he’s sayin. He’s a good listener though!”

Canvas steps off the ship, eyes wide and staring around the scenery. "Ohh this is amazing!! A different planet... are we gonna go to that thingy over there?" The Pichu asks Nova, while already walking towards the entrance on the rickety bridge!
Nova hesitates for a moment before dashing across the bridge after Canvas. “You shouldn’t trust that bridge! I-it has a weight limit. There’s a sturdier one just over there if you need to cross.”
The eevee wrings their paws as they approach the entrance with the pichu. “B-but yes this is the main door. There’s also a fire exit down in the gorge we just passed over that also leads inside. Uh just a warning that the inside doesn’t really follow logic since it’s a mystery dungeon of sorts.”
>You may now interact in person with the crew! Asks sent will be treated as if your character has joined the crew temporarily. (Aka you get a company outfit)

”Attention employees!” Data’s voice rang through the small metal shuttle, easily drawing the eyes of her coworkers. She stood in front of the monitor with her arms crossed behind her back and her head held with its usual stern expression.
“Is it work time already?” Gamma groaned from where she was taking a nap in a tangled heap with Briar. The strange leafeon gave a low grumble, likely vocalizing its own displeasure at the interruption.
Nova at least didn’t make any comments, simply setting her book down to look at her leader. At least one of these employees had some basic decorum.
“Yes,” Data spoke simply, choosing to ignore the nucleons whining. “And as you have heard during this weeks work period we have been chosen to assist with the company’s intern initiative. Meaning that we will have several untrained Pokemon joining us for our expeditions. You are expected to act professionally and treat them as you would any other coworker while showing them the glory of our work.”
“Yeah yeah,” Gamma interrupted, waving a paw in the air, “escort the newbies around and try to keep them from dropping like cutieflies. We got it!”
Data narrowed her eyes at the interruption but let it pass without comment, “yes. As you appear knowledgeable prepare for landing. We will be visiting Vow.” With that she turned on her heel to face the controls, readying the ship for landing while the two layabouts scrambled to pull on their suits and activate their air helms.

The crew has landed on Vow. Interns may now exit their ship and join the Eon crew for work.
Fifth (@two-many-twos): (popping up on the console screen) Greetings! Might I inquire about the monsters you have encountered on your journeys? I am unfamiliar with extraterrestrial life and would like to learn more.
“O-oh! The monsters… er sure I can tell you about some I suppose. They’re not Pokemon surprisingly. I mean I know there’s Pokemon that have come from different planets and we do meet some ferals but the things we call monsters are different. They don’t have typings or movesets like us weirdly. Like the old stories about humans. Uh actually let me see if I can…” Nova types on the keyboard for a moment before the screen changes showing a blank art program. “I can uh draw a few of them to show you since I haven’t managed to get pictures of the more dangerous ones.”
“Alright, er the one in the top left is called a baboon hawk. They travel in packs and are usually outside. About four feet tall? They typically leave you alone if you’re with a group but if your alone they try to spear you with their beaks and tusks. Not uh, not pleasant. But you can scare them away sometimes by being loud!”
“Next to it is a bracken. I’m pretty sure they’re solitary and they stay inside the buildings. About seven feet? They hate being looked at but that’s also the only way to get them to go away… it’s honestly terrifying to turn a corner and see those glowing white eyes gleaming in the darkness before they slip away… er yeah. They try to sneak behind you and break your neck and if they manage it they’ll hide the body too. Just uh give em a glance to spook them away but don’t stare or else they’ll attack.”
“After that is a forest guardian. Huge tree creatures that live in the forest. I guess you could have figured that from the name… uh anyways they’re about seventeen feet tall? Very big and only ever outside. They can’t hear anything but have really good eyesight. And if they catch you… it’s uh it’s better to hope you’re crushed first when they grab you… it’s less painful than being eaten.”
“Er well on the bottom left now is an eyeless dog. Kinda the opposite of the forest guardian cause they’re blind but have super good hearing. They’re about six feet tall I think and stay outside. They patrol areas until they hear something they can maul.”
“Oh I hate these ones… this is a coil head. I think it’s supposed to look like a human? No idea how accurate it is, either way it’s creepy. They’re fast, really fast but they only ever move when no one’s looking at them. And I don’t know how or why but any body we’ve found that was killed by them is missing its head and arms… urhg.”
“There’s also giant spiders inside. Not like araidos or spinerak. Just a spider? But big. Er honestly it’s only scary when it’s running at you.”
“There’s more things of course like the slimes and loot bugs but these are the more dangerous ones I’ve come across. Though I think gamma has seen worse ones. She gets this smirk on her face when she talks about the paid moons and talks about them in a weird way. Like she knows something and doesn’t want to tell you but wants you to know she knows something.”
“Huh. First I’ve seen a world like this. I’m new to this place, so I have to ask. What is it ya do around here?”
“I heard something about a “company.” Why join?”
“I can answer this one,” Gamma nudged Nova out of the way. She glanced over her shoulder to confirm that Data was distracted before focusing back on the screen. “Cause unless you want to hear a bunch of propaganda I wouldn’t ask that one back there about the company,” she snickered as she jabbed a thumb over her shoulder to point at the umbreon.
“Anyways it’s the same shtick every week yknow? Work week is three days. Each day we head off to one of the abandoned moons so we can go search for scrap and junk in the old facilities. They follow mystery dungeon logic so they always end up restocked with more junk everyday. Don’t ask me how that works cause I have no idea same with the weird ass layout logic.”
“They’re also full of monsters and creatures so it ain’t a walk in the park. Not other Pokemon either! Like straight up alien crap!”
“So we go grab the junk the company thinks is valuable, try not to die while doing it, and drag it back to the ship. After the three days of doin that we fly back to the company building and sell it to them. We get money and they get a buncha crap. No clue what they want with it but hey it’s good money. As long as you fill the quota.”
“After that we get the rest of the week to do whatever we want! But since we’d have to pay out of pocket for ship fuel if we wanted to travel anywhere we usually just hang out in orbit until it’s work time again.”
“Now why someone would want to join in this death trap? Plenty of reasons! Newby here took the job to cover a scholarship offered by our bosses. Pretty sure know it all back there was like raised by the company or some shit. Me? I needed the cash and the excitement of the job the sounded fun to me! Hell my families been working here for a while, it’s how I knew about it and knew it would be a hoot! My best leafy pal is here cause I dragged him with and now he gets a good home and proper food.”
Characterized by their large, powerful forepaws and clawed tail these Pokemon spend a majority of their life underground. Using the thick ironlike claws on both their arms and tail pangeon easily burrow through even the thickest of stone, creating labyrinthian tunnel systems. A pangeon’s burrow can span for miles both vertically and horizontally and is often inhabited by other Pokemon alongside the dens creator. Their thin lanky bodies allow the Pokemon to easily slip through the underground tunnels.
Evolution method: Reach level 20 while knowing the move dig.
(@ask-lethalmon ) Gamma walks up to the two mons with a casual air. She glances down at the bundle of kindling and gives a sharp laugh, “wow you guys would never survive on a job with me.” Though the words sound rude her tone is light and friendly, “don’t you guys know any fire or maybe electric moves? No clue what you guy have actually, y’all look like you got some funky genetics. I can start a spark for you if you really need it though, no troubles.”
“I getcha,” Gamma laughed as she began to rearrange the pile of tinder into a more proper shape, “well I have no clue why your feeling new crap or whatevs but like the sudden barrage of new sensations and senses? Yeah I got that when I evolved! Going from some normy eevee to being able to sense and produce radiation among all the other stuff that came with it was pretty overwhelming at first.”
Reaching into a pocket on her belt she pulls out a simple fire starter as she continues chatting. “Gonna use the old fashioned method by the by since I don’t have any fire moves and I doubt y’all would appreciate a radioactive fire.” With a few strikes of the flint the tinder is lit and Gamma pauses her rambling to tend to it for a moment. Once it reaches a level that didn’t demand her attention she leaned back with a smile.
“Welp there ya go! One fire perfect for roasting marshmallows!” She stands up with a stretch before tossing the fire starter towards the other Pokemon, “here you guys can keep this, I can get another easy. Just strike the block to get some sparks and feed em some tinder if this fire goes out.”

"Salutations, O Honorable Hunter!" She greets Eevee with salute, however, somehow she afraid they wouldn't see her doing so. Despite that, she smiles.
"I've heard you have a good family, especially one of them give you an Everstone earring. Can you tell more about each of them?"
“O-oh there’s no need for that,” Nova rubs the back of their neck with a shy smile, “I’m just an average worker, nothing special.”
“But you wanted to hear about my family?” they’re a little surprised but they give the camera another smile, “oh uh sure! Hold on lemme get a picture uploaded.” The sound of the keyboard clacking fills the air before a still image replaces the video.
“I’m uh I’m not in this photo. I was the one who took it. But it does have everyone else!”
“To start my dad is the pangeon in the center. His is Cliff. It’s a bit of a running joke that his own parents always knew he was going to be a ground type since he hatched, which well turned out true I guess. Anyways he works in the mines back home on Terradon. He says he likes the work and his evolution suits it but… er. Well dad is really hardworking, he spends most of his time down in the mines but he always tries his best to be around when he can. He loves us all a lot and always tries to find little trinkets and things to bring back for us. He was the one to get me my earring actually. With others I guess he’s more gruff? Like he’s not mean or anything but also more no nonsense if you understand? He’s a good mon and is always willing to lend a paw to any in need.”
“Standing with my dad are the younger twins, Alice on the right and Morpho on the left. They’re still kids so they stay home and help where they can. They’re both nice kids I suppose but they have a little too much time on their paws sometimes. They’ve been known to get themselves into trouble with their exploring and pranks when they get too bored. Alice is definitely the more outgoing of the two but Morpho is the one who makes the plans. Couple of schemers those ones but I love them of course! Just not so much when they figured out how to use flowers to make fur dye they can hide in the shampoo…”
“The older twins are in the back by the counter. Scorpia is the vaporeon. She helps dad out in the mines and works almost longer than him. She can come off as kinda rude and standoffish but she’s just tired. I understand why she chose to be a vaporeon and it’s certainly helpful but well… a desert planet isn’t exactly a healthy environment for one. Which can also be said for Clair, the leafeon.”
“Clair is mostly at home to help with the kids but he’s also been working on a garden out back. It’s why he chose that evolution after all. With Scorpia’s help it’s been going well and it provides us extra food and money. Uh personality wise Clair is a bit of a jokester and really friendly. He always tries to look on the bright side and cheer others up.”
“And last is my mom! June the jolteon. And well my newest baby sibling Ally in her arms, but I can’t say much about them other than they’re a baby? Kinda quiet and curious I guess. Er anyways yeah my mom. She tries to stay home to raise us all but well money has always been kinda tight for us so she has a part time job delivering things around town. She’s really fast so she doesn’t even need transport unless it’s a bigger package. When I was just a cub I remember the times when she would take me on her runs. It was always so fun feeling the wind in my fur and the comforting static behind me. But uh I guess it shouldn’t be much of a surprise to hear that she’s kinda always busy, she doesn’t like wasting time and some people can find that rude since she doesn’t really do small talk or stuff. She’s very blunt and to the point.”
“Oh uh sorry if I rambled a bit too much… It’s a big family but a good one,” Nova face softens showing genuine love as the screen flicks back to the video, “We help each other and even if we argue or fight sometimes, or we can’t see each other as much as we’d like sometimes, we all know we love each other. Honestly… I think that’s what’s been the hardest thing about this job so far. I miss em. But I know they’re proud of me and once I get a degree I can get a better job for all of us.”

"Oh, hey! I seem to be low on Poke'... is this a good company to work for for some extra spending money?"
“Pay will be determined by how well you perform on your job and is split between you and your crew after the fulfillment of the required quota. If you believe you are capable of handling the requirements of the job you will be adequately compensated for both work and injuries.” Data spoke in a professional tone.
“What the bootlicker here means,” Gamma pushed Data to the side, further shoving Nova out of frame. She spoke over the hisses from her captain, smiling as she elbowed the umbreon away, “Is that if your willing to risk your fur running around abandoned building to pick up trash for some cash you can come on over! Hope you’re not afraid of dieing cause it will happen! But yeah pay is good if you’re good! Otherwise you’re just getting pocket change and a one way trip to space without a ship.”
