They have actually done it - they have pop up message when you open the app saying not to play while driving and not to trespass. The newest update makes you confirm you’re a passenger if you’re playing it in a car. Some people will still ignore the precautions but I’m glad the game’s at least acknowledging the safety problems.

Hopefully - and let’s hope that the game developers will do something to discourage people from doing anything dangerous.

I’m really happy that they’re doing that. They could easily just take a stance against it like a lot of people have but they take a route that’s going to be beneficial to them and the Pokémon Go players.

It does, but I think once it’ been out a few more months it’ll be more fun than it already is once it’s actually even.

Exactly. Some people are being really irresponsible when they play it, ut there have been people talking about how there’s kids going to historical places they normally wouldn’t thanks to the game.

Then I’m sure the competition will really kick in. Hopefully it won’t get anymore dangerous.

That’s why I think it’s incredible like places like that are actually taking advantage of that and targeting the Pokemon playing demographic.

It would be amazing if you could do that without needing to log into their accounts. They seriously need to implement a trading system in  a later update.

It is - it’s crowded anyway but I’ve seen more people there since the game was released.

I think it is a much needed update. Especially to even the playing field on some levels.

Okay, so I know you’re probably all sick of hearing about this game, but if you’re a Pokémon Go player, and you can come to New York, you need to go to Central Park. There’s so many Pokéstops there and  I’ve rarely seen them without a lure on them, and you get more than just an endless stream of Pidgeys and Rattatas there.  It’s like a Pokémon trainer’s heaven.

If I could collect some while I’m here and give them to my friends back in Boston, I completely would.

I also assume that means the park is crowded.

what is your favorite summer activity?

This summer I’ve really enjoyed hanging out around the city, since my friends and I finally have time to explore without the stress of classes. The best though is spending time at Boston Common because it’s so beautiful.

I’m convinced that we did since everyone kind of panicked when one of the night guards showed up. Then we just ran. I don’t know. I guess Boston suits me? And it was surprisingly kind of fun? But don’t expect it to happen again.
