"And I’d have to get ready for that,"he mumbled. "Say,I didn’t knew you and Kiku are together…"he thought aloud.Way to go. He did heard ‘beloved’ from him,he actually went off guard because of that. Hearing someone in a relationship or being married can make him go soft or nosy.

He was caught off guard from what the man had said -- almost spilling his tea in excitement. "Oh, we are together!" Jirou's voice wavered from the sheer embarassment of young love. "Kiku doesn't know about it yet, but we are together. We might get married one day, even."

The Japanese man's eyebrows furrowed, clearing his throat by coughing, he then turned to the left and crisply stated "I don't see why you're surprised."
