Me less than a year ago: I kinda get the hype over animes, but I guess freaking out over 2D characters is not really for me

Me rn: *literally crying because Tsukishima blocked Ushijima's crazy powerful hit which resulted not only in his team winning the set but also in him finally putting aside the façade of fake indifference towards volleyball he built to avoid getting too invested in it and getting inevitably crushed by the realization he is not good enough to actually have a chance against strong opponents and he is now slowly starting to realize HE IS GOOD and IT FEELS GOOD TO WIN and there is NOTHING wrong with that and I have never felt so much pride and joy in my life ever*
