Mordekaiser was not fully aware of Yorick's exploits with Xerath, he only knew that when the two had finished interacting the magister was much worse for wear. The gravekeeper must have given in to his more violent tendenciesĀ to mentally plague Xerath. Such a being as him though should be immune to torments of the past. "Look at what you are now Xerath. You see your human form before you, this was the you that loved the mortal women. However you gave up this form. You had a chance to fall into death with your beloved and join her in everlasting rest but you burned that bridge and moved onto greater glory! Cant you see! You have bested that witch long ago!" Mordekaiser spat the word witch harshly, not understanding the emotions Xerath feels toward her. His humanity was to far removed to ever understand the concept of love as anything more then a hindrance.
"Remember back to that moment of choice Xerath. When you had to decide to join your love in death or move on and ascend. You choose to ascend and here you are now. Look back a millennium ago." He leaned in close to the frail human form of Xerath, his voice growing low and ominous. "Do you regret? Do you look back now and wish you had died? If so then you are already dead to begin with." This was the way of the Kaiser, pressuring Xerath with his hostile opinions to strengthen the mages back bone.
A Duel
Rose froze a moment as she saw her arrows do absolutely nothing to phase the kaiser. This was not a good endeavor for her. As the cage trapped her and started closing in, she knew she would have to reveal her greatest asset in mobility. Still it was that or be crushed. In a flash of violet light she disappeared from the cage, reappearing off to the right side of the kaiser and sending a wave of energy through the ground at him again, intending to go under the shield. The summoner didnāt wish to Ā be using her teleporting skills so soon, but at least now she wouldnāt have to hold back as much. Especially with the threat of metal cages crushing her now.Ā
Mordekaiser's eyes narrowed as the shockwave was sent hurdling towards him. He was not one for acrobatics and on the fields he was very much a all in champion, relying on the summoners flash as his only means of escape. To this degree he would not be able to dodge the have of energy even without being paralyzed. When the shock wave hit him it wasn't enough to push him off his feet, the Kaiser was to heavy for that sort of thing. IT did however throw him off balance, forcing him to fall onto his knee and push his face into the ground to keep form falling over. Realizing that his guard was down like this the Kaiser quickly commanded his cloud of metal to encircle Rose like a steel whirlwind in a attempt to distract her. Hopefully she had not managed to release a attack while he was vulnerable.
"I..Ah!?" In a panic and fluster, a lip even quivering in utter dread and fear of the behemoth in front of him. āI could be youāreā¦ ah? Agent? Yeah! I could be your worker, getting you packages, information! Iām a nomad you see! Iāve walked the four corners of runeterra and I could do it again for you, But I can only do that alive!?" His words filled with fear as he cowered beneath him

As the nomad began to ramble Mordekaiser let out a tsk and reared up his mace. With a mighty grunt he swung it down with the full intention to crush the mans skull then raise him as yet another addition to his army of souls. However that was when Valeen, in his hurried speech, spoke something that caught the Kaiser's attention. The mace suddenly halted its plunge mere inches away from the nomads face and held there for a few moments before slowly raising away. The Kaiser stood and stared at the mortal before him, pondering. He seemed well traveled and would likely have world knowledge as a nomad. Still if he was to be a secret agent of sorts he would have to clever and skilled at finding all sorts of secrets, to do that he would have to gain the trust of many people very well.
"How knowledgeable are you of this land? Do you know the social politics of Demacia, or the tiered science ladder of Piltover? Are you familiar with the cut throat system of Zuan, or even the brute wins all mentality of Noxus? My point here mortal is..." he leaned in close, resting his mace on the ground and his red eyes flaring threateningly. "Will you be a clever spy, or a sloppy one?"

Yet, I have lived a good life - my hardships have brought forth many great accomplishments, and new pathways each turn I took. I have seen many faces come and go. Those that I had met along my journey helped guide me in the right directionā¦ I am grateful to have known them, even if I may have outlived them.Ā

Rose had just recovered when she noticed the cyclone of metal he was controlling, her eyes widening in a slight panic as they started to fly towards her. She quickly said a simply incantation, the summoner spell Flash. In an instant she dashed several foot away, dodging the cyclone, at the cost of a spell she couldnāt use again for some time. Hoping to catch him off guard before he noticed her new location, she summoned an energy bow, firing a bolt of the same energy she had tried to shock him with earlier towards him, backing up to give herself more space maneuver, knowing he would decimate her if she couldnāt dodge his attacks.Ā
The Kaiser growled as the arrows struck his back, piercing through his armor. He did not seem at all phased by them however and did not flinch in pain, they simply caused damaged and revealed Roses new location to him. Turning at the waist to face her he suddenly felt the pressure on his leg fade away, it seemed her stunning magic had worn off, still she wouldn't know that, he would have to play it right and use it as a surprise attack if he got the chance. Calling the metal shards over to him he used them as a shield to block any arrows Rose launched at him. "Your wasting your time girl!" He shouted as he motioned to the ground below her. A very loud and dull groan was heard beneath her as the metal support beams and foundation in the ground shifted and suddenly burst up around her. Massive metal beams shot out form the ground and formed a make shift cage around her. "I have you now!" At this line the metal began to close in on her, threatening to crush her apart if she could not escape it in time.
"What did you do this time Jax?"

Sona tried her best to control herself when she saw the Mordekaiser did to her instrument. It returned to normal after a second but was still not good. She wished she could scream. She would probably scream at him,Ā using her mental voice, but she decided not. āWhy are you doing this?ā She asked in his mind.

"Why indeed? Tell me dear Sona, why do you play? It is they way you communicate and express yourself true but you must also enjoy the sweet sound of your own melodies. What is your favorite tune I wonder." The Kaiser stepped forward, his towering metal frame mere inches away from her. He raised a metal gauntlet up to her and gently caressed her cheek. His metallic touch was cold and uncomfortable. As it ran over her skin the faintest wisps of affliction and toxicity found their way into her body only to be removed when the hand was pulled away, a sure sign that the merest touch of the Kaiser brought disease. When he spoke his voice was low and soft yet mocking and filled with egoism. His eyes burned with a dreaded hunger, a sort of lust even. Not for her body of any sexual use but for her very being. By staring into his gaze it became all to obvious that he wanted her to himself, to have her charming melodies locked away for his ears alone.
"It seems fitting that you would respond with songs of kindness and joy, of happiness and love. Those songs aren't for me. I prefer the songs the express the other, more dark side of life." Leaning in closer so that they were eye to eye the blazing red orbs in his helm seemed to glare into her very soul. "Play a song of pain for me maiden. Play a song of despair and agony, you know them as you know all songs. If you don't I would be more then obliged to teach you them."
