I'm not deleting anything, the posts will remain as-is, the inbox and messenger will remain open if you still want to yell at me- I may or may not read it. I've written a couple responses in explanation to submissions that came in:

I'm anon because this blog wasn't supposed to be about me and my wildly unqualified opinions? Now I'm making it about myself. Ugh. Subeta Drama was never this unprofessional. I guarantee none of you actually Subeta-know me.

"Can we know your full opinion over the increase of negative confessions being published on users?..." -Anon

Look, listen, people are going to continue to say terrible things about one another whether they do it here in the open ish (where at least you can argue back) or in the back alley secret discord groups.

You can't control other people's perception of you, on Subeta or in real life Whether you did something "wrong" to get a post here or someone is starting false drama with you, it will blow over. Take a breath, drink some water, it's likely no one will remember a week from now.

Advice if you take over the next evolution of Subeta gossip/drama:

• Don't admin respond to posts while on painkillers or drunk, it doesn't end well (or do, it could be funny, idk).

• Figure out what level of rage/hate/nasty post you will allow on the blog and still sleep soundly at night. Draw that line in the sand early. I have *checks inbox* around 550 un-published posts that I chose not to put up (accumulated over 3 years).

Dude doing cw's in reference to other items isn't a bad thing. It's only a bad thing because you think cw artists have any sort of rights after the item is published on site. The decision of item similarity falls to Jess who is likely more then aware of the complaints. If she isn't rejecting these cw's, they are perfectly allowed. Let it go. Dude is genuinely a nice person and would probably talk to you about this if you pm'd them but you don't. You hide behind anonymity to create a hostile environment on any artists who even remotely creates an item based on something already on site. It may be lack of tack but a lot of sought after older items are f-ing private with 10 copies or public with less then 15. I rather see stuff back in circulation then behind cliques and ghost accounts. Dude isn't doing anything wrong and you trying to get him witch hunted is disgusting. Stop running out people you don't like from the cw community. Enough is enough jfc.

At this point if you’re still spending money on this site I’d consider going elsewhere. As an on/off member of 14+ years it’s so so disappointing to see the lack of respect for users now, there is zero communication whatsoever. Add this last battle loot fiasco and that’s me gone. TALK TO YOUR USERS FFS. No, discord isn’t a better idea than a LITERAL TOOL DESIGNED TO SHARE NEWS WITH PLAYERS ON THE SITE. Sarcastic replies in the news posts and forums ain’t cute! Yes we are all human and yes staff have their own lives to lead but this is their actual job lmao

I don’t get the fuss over the release of this beanbag. If it hadn’t been added to the site early, no one would have batted an eye at it being challenger loot. Challengers often have beanbags/plushies/food etc as loot. ‘Amber said it would go in a special shop’ She changed her mind! Which, again, no one would have known if the item hadn’t been on the site already.

is it against the rules in any way if i post the items that dude's designs are based off of whenever he pings to sell them? people are still paying him in real money for redraws of old CWs, it's disgusting.

Blog owner, can you fact check user hate better so you don't dredge up year old drama? People can change in that time and I feel its unfair on them to be instantly retargeted. I recall you said you don't actively participate in Subeta, but if you are going to run a blog that could potentially upset people and drive them into dark places, I feel as though it'd be best to be at least more cautious with what you post. You may get blood on your hands, indirectly.

Fact check or tone moderate anon? (I just had surgery, so forgive me if this isn't coherent) I'm vaguely back on Subeta but I'm not in any side discords so I can't see what goes down there. None of the QJ posts broke the blog rules- so like I put them up even tho I wasn't thrilled with them. If someone wants to put in a suggestion as to how to better phrase the user-post related rules please message me. I genuinely don't hate any users, and tho the blog submissions tend towards the negative I really don't want to be damaging to people's mental health. So... Is Saint no longer a staff member? I pretty much quit subeta because of her becoming staff and just logged in occasionally but yesterday I realized she no longer has the red icon. Is she still in charge of CW's approval or not? Cause if not I'd come back to the site.

Thanks for the laughs with that warning about a couple of people who aren't breaking any rules by playing the virtual market in a virtual world. It's true that's how people play the market and they're allowed to because that's the way some people play their avatar game. It has happened at every avatar game site ever and staff doesn't care that you feel abused by other peoples ways to enjoy Subeta. You say assholes, I say salty whiners.

Posting this anon because no way am i gonna get myself on the radar of this toxic ass person.

So, Beck and QueenJoshua posted a thread for a contest and to advertise their discord channel. They pinged a forum group that has nothing to do with contests. A mod, Muerte, came on the thread and told them hey, that group has nothing to do with your thread, don't ping it again for this sort of thing. Beck responds in a normal human way and apologizes for the mixup, QJ proceeds to FLIP HIS SHIT, and accuses Muerte of harassment (Muerte while a bit rude after a few comments was no where near harassing) and tells him to GTFO out of his thread, says he's reporting him for harassment. Calls him a Karen multiple times and eventually gets the thread locked. Normally this asshattery would have been done right then and there. However someone submitted this anon comment to the drama blog; https://subetagossip.tumblr.com/post/640597443681173504/muerte-being-told-thanks-for-karen-about-the Everyone pretty much knows it's QJ because he's literally the only one who thought he was being clever about the Karen thing. Then throughout the next week or so the pingpocalypse posts start happening and two new tumblr accounts are created pretty much exclusively to respond to ping drama and stir the pot. Vertigocreativee and ronanaryder. Beck eventually admits to being vertigo and it's really super obvious QJ is ronana but they claim otherwise and throughout the next week started responding to drama entries in increasingly unhinged ways including hyping up their weird hateboner with a user named Disasters who had absolutely zero to do with any of the unfolding drama. They seem to think anyone who is anon and criticizing them is Disasters or her 'minions' in disguise. Soon ronana attempts to throw off the accusations of being QJ by claiming to be a mother in Palm Springs, which when trying to be anon why give up that much information about yourself unless you're trying to throw off suspicion (badly)? You can read through the blog around the time of the entry I posted if you want to see some of the most rabid foaming at the mouth behavior I've ever seen. Here is a fun excerpt though: I have a better idea! You and your loser friends can stop posting on here and mentioning my name? You don’t think I’m going to be pissed about it and respond? I’m not scared and meek like you all, I’m petty as fuck and you summon the beast and I’ll come running. I have zero problem showing you to your seat and place, and I’m not going to tolerate the shit talking. I see you liking the posts and shit you wanted in the mud so wallow in it.

Autopricer Warning

Since staff doesn’t give a damn about these thieving assholes: please be careful when you auto price. Cerredwyn and Ziorac (and likely others but these two are BAD for it) routinely DRASTICALLY undercut items in shops, and wait for people to auto price. They then buy up ALL the underpriced items and remove their underpriced item. Somehow staff doesn’t see this as a scam even though these same two assholes do this over and over and over intentionally. Doesn’t take a genius to figure out that’s how ziorac has so many billions now that this has become known. Thanks staff for letting these assholes actively scam dozens of people daily! I’ve seen this happen with battle crystals, mage amulets, and tons of recycle beast items. It’s the same people over and over! Please be careful for drastic price drops when you auto price so we can prevent these assholes from making more sP by ripping others off.
