how was your holiday?
My holidays were great!! Didn't get much time off work, if anythin' I was working more...but this was the first time in a while I was able to see Ma and all my siblings together on the holidays. I made them all clothes. And Nadia invited me to her New Year's party!!! But she didn't wanna be everyones designated driver home so...I'm answering this from her apartment floor. I ain't got a clue how I got talked into sleeping on the floor last night... Ricky is hogging the couch. He built me a sorry excuse of a blanket fort, bless him. To "satisfy my nesting habits" as he said. Whatever that means?? I suppose it was cozy, but now he's got no blanket cuz it's my "nest"'s roof...
Usually I'm alone on the holidays so this was...overwhelming...but in a nice way! A very nice way.
I have so much to catch y'all up on!! Gimme a few days to decompress a bit and get back to my day to day routine. I still ain't used to how much has changed this past year... xoxo 🩷
