Having some fun with the new art style I’ve been digging lately.

It’s pretty much the same as ever I just don’t draw anime eyeballs.

It’s ARAR’s 10th anniversary!! 🎉

No better way to gauge the progression of your art style and improvement than by working on a webcomic and drawing the same damn dudes for a decade.

ARAR is a deeply self-indulgent labour of love. Some of my favourite things I’ve ever drawn have come outta making this comic. Like most webcomics it’s dealt with its handful of hiatuses. Whenever I’ve managed to stagger back in with an update, you all never fail to give me a warm welcome back. It reminds me of why I’ve kept at this for all these years.

Whether you’ve been here from the very start, just found this comic in the fandom resurgence thanks to the anime remake, forgot all about it for years than happened upon it again, or just discovered this and binged a decade-worth of work in like an hour, I just wanna say thanks. Thank you for loving ARAR as much as I do.

Would it be disrespectful to write fanfic (one-shots) about this webcomic? There are various ideas I’ve had of how things might go regarding this current arc, but I wouldn’t want to accidentally spoil anything on the .005% chance that I somehow guessed correctly on what might happen next.

I’m baaack!

My partner and I are all moved in to our new home and finally settling in, which means I can get back to updating Ask Ranma And Ryoga.

While I was away, I received lots of sweet messages from yall, and it made me eager to come back. And it’s been an incredibly warm welcome back, too! This fandom is so sweet. There’s a reason I’ve stuck around for over a decade lol

For now, ARAR is going to be on a sporadic update schedule—no weekly Sunday updates, for now, at least. I had been hoping to build up a buffer during my time away, but that didn’t materialize, so, just know that ARAR is officially Not On Hiatus anymore and I’ll have more updates as soon as I can.
