Ingredients: 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced. 1/4 cup soy sauce. 2 tablespoons honey. 2 tablespoons brown sugar. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 teaspoon ginger, grated. 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes. 1 tablespoon vegetable oil. 8 small flour tortillas. 1 cup shredded lettuce. 1/2 cup diced tomatoes. 1/4 cup diced red onion. 1/4 cup chopped cilantro. 1 lime, cut into wedges. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Put honey, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and chili flakes in a bowl and mix them together. Make sure the beef slices are well covered in the marinade before adding them.
