Is your OC sentimental or pragmatic? Do they keep mementos or only what they need to survive? Have they always been this way or did something happen to make them change? What’s an important item to them that they won’t part with?

"I have a sellable trinkets pocket too for things I 'find' and don't keep so it balances out anyway! Actually, it's been a bit since I've sorted through my trinket pockets."

Sail definitely brings what he deems essential around! But this does include momentos and goodies he finds intriguing and they're not always handy and some of which he's not the most willing to part with. But there's no one event that's triggered this behaviour it's a lot of 'I could use this later' mindset.
