Once, a long long time ago, even before the Tallbeasts disappeared, the Witches granted immortality to ten cats. These cats roamed these lands, worshipped as idols by the rest of their kind. One by one, they gathered by twos, creating five Clowders through which they could cultivate their ideals under the five virtues.

Clowder Skyseer, recognized for its worship of Knowledge.

Clowder Paintberry, recognized for its penchant for Happiness.

Clowder Hoarfrost, recognized for its reverance of Voilition.

Clowder Shinestone, recognized for its adoration of Change.

Clowder Chitterbug, recognized for its honoring of Solidarity.

Now, many generations later, the ten heroes – known as Seers in modern language – remain standing, and the beginnings of the Clowders were so long ago that not even the elders know just how long. A new set of Seers has risen in the Beastless City, following the teachings of all the virtues. Change has brought its foot upon the clowders with the appearance of these new faces, and many wonder what will happen as the other four virtues settle in the wake of its newest creation.
