Saints Row 3 - 4 Theory
This is going to be a mun post that discusses something my younger sister and I thought up the other day. I recently shared this theory with a friend and thought maybe I'd share it with all of you as well. It does sound pretty interesting. :) Okay! So, you know how right off the bat they kill Johnny? This made it pretty clear that they wanted his character to come to an end. Throughout the game, you notice Shaundi try to fill his shoes.... However, then you meet Kinzie. Kinzie is designed in a way that strongly suggests her taking over Shaundi's place.... And further more they give you Angel, who is portrayed as a revenge driven brute and is written in a style that suggests him taking over Johnny's spot. After all this, you get the option in the end to Chase Killbane, go back to how the saints use to be and basically start over from square one, or save Shaundi and Viola and be heroes.... On top of that you get the fact that the 4th game is so rushed and about bringing back Johnny, since they basically admitted the only reason they made four is for him..... The main point is: Shaundi and Johnny were meant to die and the new gang was meant to include Kinzie and Angel. This is just a theory however, so I'm not saying it's totally true.
