Question?

I have a guild. It is a small RP one. Relatively new. How do I screen for good officers. I started it with a few trusted friends but none of them are really picking up the slack and I am cautious about just handing over permissions to people over the internet I met a few days ago. I have a strong sense of where this guild is going but I can’t spend all day running around herding the members on my own. I lost two of my best actives because people started talking politics at 1 am and I wasn’t there to curb it. The bad part was that one of my current officers was on and he didn’t really do anything about it.
