in case yall forgot, my name is hannah. I ran this blog a few years back about the doki doki girls having swapped personalities, and it became really popular!

now, i'm an animation student based in ireland. since a lot of you really liked my art then, i'm hoping you'll still like my art now. i'm going into my final year of university, i have a part time job, and i just rescued a young stray cat. as you can imagine, all this is expensive, especially for a student living away from home with costs of living continuously rising. i have a small favour to ask.

i have commissions open at fair prices. absolutely anything would help, but if you aren't in the position to help, that's also fine - please just reblog this. I will draw anything (within reason - i have my limits), from profile images to full body art, fandom art or OC work.

please reach out if you're interested so i can give you a quote. I'll work anywhere between €5 - €30. like i said, anything helps.

Hey everyone.

I hope you’re all keeping well, wherever you are around the world. It’s come to the point where I no longer have the mental space to keep up with running this blog, nor do I have the interest or time to keep it going in the long term. I’m sorry that in its last efforts to get back up on its legs, the posts were so spread out. I tried, and it was always in the back of my mind.

There is no denying Doki Doki Literature Club’s fans have fizzled out, and so has the hype for it. Losing my audience was nobody’s fault at all- there is only so much you can get from a game such as this. In its prime, what a community it was! What a community we culminated, right here! I will never, ever forget the amount of support I got right from the getgo of this blog. It has taken a lot of consideration and a lot of pained conversations with others to come to this conclusion. This blog has no future.

I would like to thank you all for staying with me as much as you did. You helped me feel motivated to draw when I couldn’t, you gave me confidence where I couldn’t begin to search for my own. I don’t regret for a second the three years I’ve spent with this blog, and I hope you all enjoyed the story I was trying to tell.

Thank you all for being members of this literature club, and for trying to make my girls happy.

“Well, I also do a smidge of graphic design, so I could totally create a poster for the literature club to attract new members as well as the party,” Claire adds, squinting a little. Yuri’s eye twitches again.

“I think that would be a lovely idea, thank you..” Monika announces as Yuri takes a breath to answer. Yuri’s eyebrows raise, but her almost stubborn expression softens. She thinks over the benefits of having a party and allowing this.. newcomer to help.

“How generous of you girls to try to help us so much. Consider yourselves honorary members, and let’s get planning!”

Could the Art Club girls tell us more about themselves?

“I’m the president of the art club! We have a few other members” Claire pronounces her ‘th’ as a ‘d’ sound, “and myself and Saisei wanted to just say hello! Thank you for welcoming us so warmly.” This time, just pronouncing the t.

MC cannot believe his luck. Two new girls! And how cute they are! Although Saisei’s excitable nature and her soft green locks were no doubt attractive, there was something about Claire that MC felt.. drawn to. He couldn't quite put his finger on it, but a party! He could easily get to know her more then!

“So, Claire, Saisei, might I offer you a fine cookie made by our very own Sayori?” Yuri chimes in hospitably.

“Ah.. um, no thank you!.. though they do look really good. Saisei, why don’t you have one? You mentioned before we came in that you fancied something sweet.” Claire smiles warmly at her friend and the smaller girl nods and reaches for one of Sayori’s cookies. After taking a bite, she praises Sayori on her baking skills, to which Sayori gives a quiet ‘humph’ and blushes.
