As you all may know I am a mod on the blog @ask-the-fancy-cookies . For personal reasons I will not be posting or modding there anymore. Nothing that the others did, we just felt it to be better if we parted ways so that I could focus on what I needed to focus on. I had too much on my plate, and even though that blog was fun, I feel it would be better to focus on my own endeavors and my own ask blog. I thank these ladies for a great opportunity and I hope the blog does well.

Cheering up part 2

Sparkling leaned closer to mint on the counter, “perhaps so, but I guess it’s all because of a note I got yesterday. It was uh… quiet flattering,” he looked down at the counter, tracing his finger along the stains that refused to go away. Flattering was an understatement.

“Oh? And what did this letter say?” Mint asked intrigued. What or who could this letter have been from mint wondered. maybe he got a letter from his mom or something saying she was proud of him. Or a possibly a letter from someone he looks up too. Who knows Mint was intrigued either way.

Mint noticed that sparkling was actually happy today, which was refreshing because he couldn’t watch sparkling pathetically clean up wine again, he was making an even bigger mess with his tears. “Hey! You seem to be in a better mood today.” Mint said as he walked over to where sparkling was “is there any reason?” He asked curiously.

Sparkling had admittedly been a little down lately, but he felt a lot better after his visit yesterday. “Hmm… I don’t know, maybe.” He chuckled softly in a teasing manner as he leaned against one of the counters, rinsing a cup absent mindedly. He liked to draw things out with mint, always with a cocky smile. It had been a bit since he’d gotten the chance to do so.

Mint rolled his eyes a little but managed to smile “well something must of happened to change your mood so quickly.” Mint said as he sat down on one of the bar stools “just yesterday you were sulking in your room” he added.

“Maybe I found a streamer in a pear who knows,” he laughed, setting the glass down on the counter. “Maybe I found a 500 year old wine.” Of course it wasn’t either of those things, but for the sake of all that is teasing, he continued to come up with outlandish reasonings, just waiting for mint to stop him.

Mint rested his head on one of his hands “youre enjoying yourself aren’t you” Mint said knowing sparkling was going to keep doing this, but mint for the weirdest reason loved it.
