Taffy: Oh my, let me help you clean up that mess!

*Taffy used her psychic abilities to help Scratch clean up overflow of tea. Luckily it was a small mess so it didn’t take long to clean up.*

Taffy: There we go! If you don’t mind, I would love a cup of tea if you have anymore! I’ve brought some muffins for us to enjoy with it as well!

*This muffin a bit unique in that it’s a masala muffin. It’s packed with spices that make it a savory, if slightly spicy, snack!*

Scratch sighed softly, wiping up the remaining tea with a rag. "Thank you for the help. As for the Saving The World part, its really only stories these days, some people believe someone from another world is brought to ours to help the guilds stop severe disasters from occurring, but these days its relatively peaceful, kids getting cocky and lost in dungeons aside." He looked over at the curious Eevee. "Im not the best source for this though, it's more Guildmaster Gigalith's specialty. If you're all really That curious though, after we have tea, I'll guide you all to town and you can ask her yourself."

"Heya! Oh whoa, dude..." she is getting a bit cautious to scarred individuals as it might be dangerous for her job.

"I kinda over'eard about guild. What its known for, if ya don't mind to answer? I mean, the specialty/trait/etc."

Scratch turned, holding a still warm kettle and started pouring tea before he looked up at the mon questioning him. And up. And up.

Sweet Arceus she was Tall... He stammered for a moment, quietly intimidated, before he realized the cup was overflowing. He nearly dropped the kettle in his haste to clean up.

"I uh. The Guild's nothing too special I guess? Mostly just your typical guild, going out and exploring dungeons, rescuing mons, once every couple centuries saving the world or something. Though the local branch, the one headed by Guildmaster Gigalith, is currently focusing on all these portals popping up. Same as uh. Same as the ones you all probably came through..." He mumbled the last sentence.

“Do you . .ever do anything around here, besides sit in the forest?” The Alcremie asked, though they seemed less than interested in talking for very long.

Scratch huffed as he entered his... cozy? Ramshackle? Rather pathetic kitchen. "Course I do more than sit around. Can't a mon enjoy their rest day? Most days I'm running around doing chores even the guild apprentices don't have to do. 'Too busy saving mons' They say, but hey, day's pretty nice I suppose. Tea?"

The Sneasel seemed to be in a much more chipper mood now that he was home, though there was still an edge to his voice.

( @ask-chaos ) Chaos approached Scratch, hands in his pockets. “Guildmaster? So you’re sayin’ there’s a guild around here?”

"The closest one is run by Guildmaster Gigalith, not that I remember his actual name..." Scratch grumbles again, looking back at the mons following him as he opened a door in a large, but dead, tree. "Well congrats, you've pestered me all the way to my house. Might as well come in, especially if you're just going to keep asking questions."

Would it be possible for a Pokémon to use a healing move to remove your scars? Or are they sentimental for you?

Scratch turned from the mon, heading off into the distance.

"Besides, even if it worked like that... I don't think I would. Too used to one eye at this point."

As he walked, he grumbled something under his breath. All you can make out is "nobody bothers the guild master about His scars"

Valli @ Scratch: "Well look'et you... Been though a lot ain't ya? Wearing all the fights you won? What'cha protecting? Is it just you, or are there more?"

Scratch sneers at the pokemon around him.

"Anyone teach you manners? Don't need an overgrown weed and some letters poking around in my past, 'specially the rude one there."

He gave a pointed look at the E unown.

"As for if there are others, why do You care if there are or aren't mons with me? ... not that there are."

[Seems you aren't close enough with Scratch to learn about his scars yet.]

Scratch looks around awkwardly.

"I mean yeah, I Do live near here but I... wh... where are your Parents? I swear they start leaving kids alone younger and younger..."

(@ask-diane) Diane has been traveling throughout the forest for quite some time now in the Oran forest. She feels scared and lost until she sees another mon. She scurried up to them hoping to get answers.

"H-hello there. I'm Diane- and I'm a little lost. Could you maybe tell ne where exactly am I? And maybe who I am speaking too?"

She then finally notices the alarm om the sneasal.

"Oh my goodness! Are-are you okay too? I couldn't help but em notice the um.."

[???] Seems startled for a moment before calming.

"Ah, you're not... Nevermind. Must be awfully lost to get this deep into the woods. Exits back that way."

He grumbles quietly for a moment.

Venture into the depths of Oran Forest and you'll find an odd grove of trees littered with scratches. Go a bit deeper and you may find a lone sneasel, and if you're very lucky, you won't be chased out.
