Well then...
:This is the captain of the Amelia-11. we've crash-landed on a seemingly uncharted celestial body on the edge of the inner asteroid belt. We are requesting immediate assistance:
A soft knock thumps against the door to Ore's hab.
"Hey... ore? It's been a while since you visited, and I wanted to stop by before you left..." Transceiver(RIG)'s voice is skaky. 'What am I doing? They probably want to be left alone.'
There was a stifling silence on the other side of the door. Almost a deliberate one. After a long pause of deliberation the sound of someone picking themselves off the floor and shuffling to the door quietly reverberated in the tense moment.
The hab door slid back only a sliver, just enough for Ore to peek through.
"Oh...hey Tranciever...isnt it...a bit late?"
Ores voice was rough from disuse, quiet and staticy as they averted their gaze. They faintly recognized the shaky voice of their friend, a pang of worry setting in despite their fatigue.
"Are..you alright?"
"I'm..."
Transceiver takes a shaky in-vent. Her whole frame starts trembling
"I'm worried... About what happened, about you, about why you just disappeared!"
Her voice is staticky and stressed. A rivulet of coolant escapes from behind her visor.
(Lore crumbs: Gadget takes Polaroids often. Almost obsessively. It's a hobby they did as a human that the cling onto in their new form. Something she can hold. Remember. A pictures worth a thousand words...Her Polaroid is one of the few things she has of earth so she gaurds it fiercely, along with her photos. Only showing them to close ones.)
(They take a lot of pictures of animals, scenery and people. 10/10 times she's taken a Pic of you without you knowing it....and will continue to do so)
(RIG would most definitely say that Gadget is not of legal age to drink)
