How she views the wives and tengen: (in her words)
Hinatsaru: A very mother-like figure in my life. She is very good at making soup and an amazing listener. I feel like she never gets tired of my talking (although I don't talk much either way).
Suma: She is actually the first one who introduced the kunai concept to me! I enjoy her company a lot, and she is definitely my favorite (don't tell the others). She gets along with the other wives, surprisingly good at flirting (I assume it is because of liking both men and women). She cries a lot, but i strangely respect that, I do not know why.
Makio: she is a very snappy but loving woman, I learned most of my cursing from her. Although she is bolder than the other wives, I do respect it. Not too many women I know are confident like her. After living with makio for about 2 weeks, I got used to her yelling.
Tengen: He is very tall. When I first met him at 10, I was about 4'11, so it hurt my neck to look up at him. It still does. He often makes fun of my height and how "tiny" I seem next to him. Even though everyone is shorter than him. He is an amazing fighter and a good mentor. If anything, I was surprised when one of the kakushi told me that he just walked off after the battle in the entertainment district!
How she views outside characters (I might add to this):
Mai: Mai is an enjoyable person to be around! I like training with her as well. It also seems that she knows everything about Tengen-sama. I wish I had gotten to spend more time with her. Fortunately so we go to the noodle restaurant that has been rumored that Iguro-sama & Kanroji-sama. As well as Tomioka-sama & Shinazugawa-sama had gone their for their first date. If I heard Suma correctly. But nonetheless, Mai has to be one of the sharped-tounged women I know!
Background/past:
Anaya's father was killed and arrested for abuse and then cut his hands off. Her mother was also killed and eaten by a demon when she went out to get laundry far after sunset. This both happened by the time she was 5. At the age of 8, Anaya's older brother (Issaya) was 9, and the younger one (Ezain) was 3. Went out for wood (her younger brother was strapped to the older one, insisting that he could help). They both ended up either starving in the forest due to the different paths. Or a demon ate them. Anaya doesn't nor wants to know.
Anaya was only about 9 and a half. For 6 months, she then wondered from village to village, looking for bread and buying candy with the money she had. Somehow, she stumbled upon the Uzui estate, in which she asked for bread. But makio answered the door and attempted to convince Anaya to say for dinner. She refused and kept on walking. That's where tengen comes in.
A week later (April 27th) He was on a mission and a side quest to find Anaya, a young, skinny girl with long sleeves and black hair. At the time, Anaya was 10 since it was a week after her birthday (April 21st). So when tengen found her, her threw her over his shoulders and carried her ass back home. The rest is obvious
She's 14 (bc I can) 5'2 when she took tengen's place as the 6th ranked hashira since she was his tsuguko. Shadow breathing user deprived off of sound since sound waves can make shadows. Anaya was his tsuguko at the age of 10, taking four years to become a hashira. She didn't kill any upper moon demons, but since I assumed that having a hashira as your master brings your rank up a lot. After his retirement, the master upgraded her to the 6th rank, as I said earlier.
Hashira training/style:
Anaya's training was right after muichiro's (hence the thought that they were siblings). It was called open-minded training where 25 slayers were grouped into 5 groups of 5. Each one had a sense removed. Group 1 had a sense of touch where their hands were bound behind their backs with rope. Group 2 had a sense of taste since their isn't an actual way to remove taste.
She just shoved a rope in their moths to shut them up. Group 3 had a sense of hearing removed, and ear plugs were used to block sound. Group 4 had sight removed, and a blindfold was good enough. Lastly, Group 5 had a sense of removed (mostly used bc she hated tanjiro's sunshine ass), so nose plugs. In the end, they would fight each other with different senses removed, and after 3 days or so, they would switch.
Fun facts!
1. Since Anaya refused to wear tengens headband (much to his disappointment) he gifted her gold earing. She has to be flashy somehow.
2. Gets mistaken as Muichiro's sibling (his twin tho-)
3. She likes Mitsuri a lot! They both have sweet tooths, and sometimes, Anaya will make dango for the both of them.
4. She thinks shinobu is scary, so Anaya doesn't like her much alongside kanao (one time Anaya insulted kanao, and she just said, "I know.") But she dose like Aoi and the butterfly triplets.
5. Her hands are really cold, so sometimes they look red. God forbid winter coming.
6. Anaya's favorite food is dango, and she is amazing making it. She used to make it all the time with her grandmother before.
7. Anaya often hates when babies cry, especially if it's a boy. She never explained it though.
8. Anaya (much like me with my English) took three years to speak Japanese/English.
9. Anaya enjoys reading books, any kind of genre but she dose like poems and history.
10. Anaya's crow, katsuro begs for food each time he delivers a letter to Anaya, messenger crows work hard too!
11. Anaya is great friends with @ask-mai-nobutsuki and she sometimes draws Mai when Anaya has free time.
