London

Smart and knowledgeable but chooses to be immature and obnoxious. He gives off a cool aura but depending on how much he likes you, he can be a complete asshole or caring (but still a prankster). Hates his given name, Claude by England and prefers being called Kyle over London. He likes motorcycles and everything punk but secretly has a love for tea and puppies. Madly in love with WDC.

Washington DC

Quiet and controlled, he hates being disorganized (which he tends to be a lot). He looks smart but most of the time he's bluffing and it's easy to catch him in a lie because of his lying tell (stuttering). Hates socializing and would rather be at home listening to music or doing paperwork. Prefers to be called Jackson or Washington District (DC) it gets on his nerves when people call him Jack, Jackie or DC (which London tends to do a lot). He has a kiddie crush on Paris and has devoted himself to learning french but isn't very good at it. He hates it when people point out his freckles so he does his best to hide them but isn't very good at it. Easily flustered and blushes a lot.
