Um, so it’s easier to explain in drawings so I’ma do it that way. 

So doo dee doo, we got ourselves an average blep. A standard, good ol’ undead cursed plush brought to life. Now what you see here is just a shell.

But what really matters is what’s on the inside, like all the pop stars say. A soul!

Now in my case, I done goofed and obliterated my arm with fire. Uh. Bad move on my part. Careful with your curses. 

If I don’t seal it, my soul could potentially exit the shell. That would uh. 

I mean it’s kinda self explanatory, right? Bye bye Vudu. 

Oh! So um. Banettes can train to have a set of skills. I haven’t really done much, but I specialize in blockages. So blocking the wound with what is now my favorite limb would be pretty effective. Same thing with my eye. The stuffing prevents my soul from getting outta there. 

But blocking an eye wound wouldn’t do me any good. I’d just be blind. And then I’d be imprisoned in a senseless puppet. Not very fun. But back to what I said about specialists!

Kusa: How does it feel to have multiple parts of your original body missing?

I mean like, technically, well um. So assuming my eye and arm have not been completely obliterated, and have some soul inside of them, they can technically regenerate a bit, and uh. Be “alive”. And if they regenerate, they’ll start from scratch, and be feral. 

So I could be attacked by my own eyeball and arm at literally any moment. Crud. Now this is assuming they don’t find a way to completely restore themselves. 

Yeah I’d be screwed. But the worst thing. THE WORST THING.
