the legacy of askacavalreaper is so fucking funny to me because it features one of the objectively worst relationships in comic, mindfang and the summoner, not just for mindfang being canonically a pedophile (ONE WHO IMPRINTED ON THE SUMMONER BEFORE HE WAS FUCKING BORN, THAT'S THE LEVEL OF PEDOPHILIA ON DISPLAY HERE) and a rapist, but for trying to frame that in the most romantic light possible when aranea canonically is a sociopath who only cares about her own ego and is more than willing to use other people to get what she wants, hence why she joined the rebellion in the first place. she didn't do it to be a good person at all, she just wanted other highblood's approval and to take her seriously. in fact, it's heavily suggested that her involvement in the revolution, by the way act 6 turned out when she came back to life, is the reason it failed in the first place, and the summoner had to take matters into his own hands and kill her, because he realized that she never cared about the revolution or him
