What is the AvA Cartoon Villain Verse?

An self-indulgent AvA AU, first created before AvM s3 started where instead of the Dark Lord coming back messed up and evil, he comes back with the silliness of a Saturday morning cartoon villain. Purple becomes his henchman (because why not?) and the rest is history!

Deltarune and specifically Mr. (Ant) Tenna has me in a choke hold rn and I haven't really been able to do much else
