reminder on unfollowing

its okay to unfollow people on tumblr. its okay to unfollow people that you dont like. its fine to unfollow the ‘popular’ people in your tumblr community. its even okay to unfollow people that you really like or even mutuals. if someone is upsetting you or triggering you, its okay to take a step back. if they ask, be honest. this isnt about anything but making sure you are okay. and they should get that. and maybe you (and they) will get to a place where you can follow them again. and if not, thats okay too.

you have to be your own advocate. if you dont take care of yourself, who will?

“Sure?” The redhead replied with a short burst, eyes still very much focused on her computer at the time… every now and then taking a sip from a beverage before going back to work.

“How are you by the way? Getting used to not being in the game on a constant basis alright?”

Keiko nodded, placing her cup down carefully to avoid spilling the hot liquid. “I have therapy three times a week to get my muscles used to moving again, but everything seems to be going smoothly. And you?”

“Not much more than the usual.” She remarked, scratching the head of something on her lap. “I did get that service animal permit I wanted?”

She blinked, a wide smile forming to light up her face. “You did?! That’s great! Can I see them?”

“I didn’t bring the babies with me… Still a bit too young to take out of the house” Which admittedly would have been a major pain anyway… “Zero is here if you wanted to see though?”

“May I?” Keiko breathed out, voice hushed in excitement but also fear that she would mess up the job Zero was supposed to be performing while out and about.

“It’s fine.” Evelyn replied, tempted to chuckle at the response. “I doubt he’d mind… He’s supposed to be doing that sort of thing.”

The girl scooted her cup away from the edge before rising to her feet and steeping to stand beside Evelyn’s chair, waiting for a go ahead.
