Hello! I'm @ifbench, and this is my first Deltarune ask/RP blog! You might recognize me from my Pokemon RP blog @goldenrodchef that I occasionally use to interact with Deltarune blogs, or from the Deltarune askblog discord server I run.

I've been having a lot of fun in this community so far, and I decided I might as well take a full foray into it with Carol Holiday!

Note that, given we have very few lines of dialogue from her to go off from in canon so far, she may be a bit OOC. I hope that's ok.

* I...Never used to think about the past that much. The things that I feel in the present are so strong that they never gave much room for it.

* But then I saw the sunset. A really beautiful sunset, like nothing I'd ever seen before. It was like everything stopped for a while and, for the first time, I could see the bigger picture. I could see all the colours of the world.

* I've always had this...gnawing...at the back of my mind. A quiet feeling that I've been wasting my life. Nobody talks about it sometimes too, but at least they have dreams. And Nap...Well, they're an IDIOT. I mean, why on EARTH did you let them be a COP?? Whatever. The point is they do their best to work hard. For us.

* Not me, though. I've just been stuck. Shouting at the world all the while. But things are different now. I've found myself. Found my purpose...

* To be a CUTE as HELL ANIMATED CAT GIRL. For people to see me SHINE, and THRIVE, so they can feel the same way I did when I saw that sunset.

* So now, when I think about the past. I don't see it as a waste. I see it as everything that was leading me to this moment. And that's mewtiful.

To answer your questions:

No, this isn't about that. I have far more important things to worry about than that incident.

The police are there to help protect the town, and search for missing people. Officer Napstablook has been a good help in ensuring no one else goes missing, though it is a shame what happened to Officer Undyne.

I have considered them. They do not look good on me. Rudy tried.
