To clear things up:

- Alf’s magic ‘supply’ is from Arthur, if Alf gets stronger, Arthur does too - Alf is very weak now, his power is very limited(levitation, small zap zap beams from his hand, a magical mop that can purify evil), thus Arthur is in a weak state as well - Arthur is currently living in Alf’s house - Alf does not like Arthur very much, not sure how Arthur felt(but pretty sure he does not really care?) - He plays prank on Arthur a lot
