And if they don’t, by god, I’m getting a costume and I’m making it happen.

I seriously want to set up a game for FanExpo 2012 or something. Buy a couple dozen of those cheap retracting Halloween knives, get descriptions of everyone, and set everyone up with a knife and a target. Knives get duct-taped to your arm or something. You have to blend and move unseen, because if you get noticed, you have to become anonymous again before you can get them. (Sorry, no high-profile assassinations in this game.)

If you get your target, they have to give you their target’s profile, so the circle gets smaller and smaller until it’s only two people left. Runs weekend-long, you MUST be on convention ground during con hours.

We used to play something similar at Emmy and my high school. Seriously, hundreds of people paid a couple bucks each and got a clothespin with someone’s name on it. You had to find that person and “clip” them, and then you took their clothespin for your new target. It was the most stressful yet fun thing ever because you spent every walk between classes eyeing everyone around you.

Anyway, at FanExpo 2012, we will be dressed as Ezio and at least four Novices, so we’re gonna have a fucking BALL.
