This might sound like a dumb idea that will probably be casted to the side, but maybe drawing a map of the town it takes place in? That way, everyone will have a better viewing and idea of what it's like, and the things that are in it; and, of course, the border line of the city and the outside world with the untamed monsters in it. This can also be a good idea for the mansion it self, having an idea of the layout of the floors will be good for roleplaying purposes and keeping things organized.

admins can’t draw map to save their lives but this one admin tried and injured herself in process– I  mean I got lazy in process orz

untamed monsters are most likely to reside in forest, there is special force to prevent the monsters to get into the city as we mentioned in this reply

for the mansion map, there is no fixed map as landlord tend to change the mansion shape, but the mansion always have 3 main floors

They have full member sets and have began their activity already.
