You know.. ruling Gandara wasn't as hard as I thought it would be. I think people are starting to like me! Well, some, anyway. Some are still getting used to me, and I guess that makes sense. Must be a little weird having someone so young be your ruler and all that. But I'd say I've made progress.
How are you holding up, Shura? Everything going okay in Gandara?
I'm holding up pretty well. Way better than when I first started. Everything's going pretty smoothly now. Got some helpers. In the process of building an orphanage and a playground cause we need more of those in the Makai. The people have mixed feelings about me, though. Some like me, and some don't. I think the people that don't just think of me as my father's clone cause sometimes I hear them whispering behind my back that I'm gonna turn out just like him. But I'm not him, and I don't wanna be compared to him!"

*Sets up the console after they reach the place, loading Mortal Kombat up and handing him a controller.* You take your controller, and see those buttons? One side will be your way of moving, and the other is your attack buttons. The lettered buttons are the ones you use to attack. Depending which character, you'll have different attacks. There's also something where you can do a fatality move after you basically get hit enough and the bar on your character is full. It does a lot of damage, and a sick animation. The buttons also have combinations you can do, but you gotta be real quick or else it'll just be a regular attack.

His focus was on the screen, though he seemed to just squat instead of sitting down like any normal being. Smiling as they began the match ." What made you want to spend time with me Sonny Boy? I don't really read books. I'm into metal music, stuff like Megallica. Well my main hobby is fighting, you probably knew that much, but I do enjoy gaming and cooking, too. I like going to the park, movies, concerts, tournaments, battle royales, stuff like that.

Speaking of that I have a very special connection deeper that just being able to control your body, at any given time I can see what you see. Or feel your emotions, and by that same statement. Botan is one of the grim reapers of Spirit World, she's Koenma's assistant. He was all stupid and lovey-dovey with her at first sight, but then he saw Yukina on the video tape Hiei handed me, and at first he didn't wanna help on the case, but I guess he fell in love with her seeing her on that screen and had a whole ass string on his pinky claiming it was like a string of fate. He even had a stupid headband that said "I Live For Yukina," talk about obsessed. I'm serious, I lost motivation to fight while I was fighting him. I thought I had just lost my will to fight. Then he reminded me why I was in demon world while beating the crap out of me. When I remembered, I started fighting back again. I'm pretty sure every version of me told ya that, but not every one of you listened. Well alright then, ramen and pork chop stew coming right up.

*Sets up the console after they reach the place, loading Mortal Kombat up and handing him a controller.* You take your controller, and see those buttons? One side will be your way of moving, and the other is your attack buttons. The lettered buttons are the ones you use to attack. Depending which character, you'll have different attacks. There's also something where you can do a fatality move after you basically get hit enough and the bar on your character is full. It does a lot of damage, and a sick animation. The buttons also have combinations you can do, but you gotta be real quick or else it'll just be a regular attack.
Sounds simple enough for me." *When the game loaded up he chose his character, tried out a few moves. His focus was on the screen, though he seemed to just squat instead of sitting down like any normal being. Smiling as they began the match ." What made you want to spend time with me Sonny Boy? If you don't mind telling me.

He dodged and missed some attacks, but it seemed he was definitely winning, for now.* Well, favorite color? TV show, movie? Books? Do those even exist in Makai? What do you do besides sit on your throne? Have any sort of hobbies? What about music? Favorite genre, favorite artist? Or does that sort of stuff just not exist in Makai?" *Even while asking those questions, he was still focused on the game.* And you can ask about me too, I'm sure you probably don't know everything about me, either.
*continues playing as well, he seemed to be enjoying the game. Keeping the screen in his line of sight, seemed like multitasking runs in the family. The onslaught of questions gained a fanged smirk." Well my favorite color is blue, I haven't watched TV since birth. Or listened to music since none of that exist in my part of Makai, does kick Yomi's ass count as a hobby? Well former hobby now? Other than that I haven't done much else, besides check on everyone I care about. I'm to old for exciting things, what about you? I mean outside of demon life.
*He was also enjoying playing the game. Game in his main field of view, and his old man in his peripheral view.* Well, what do ya know, mine's also blue. I just wear green cause it suits me better. I guess that counts as a hobby. I really gotta get you into watching TV and listening to music. My favorite show is either Supernatural or The Witcher, I can't decide. Favorite movie is The Meg. I don't really read books. I'm into metal music, stuff like Megallica. Well my main hobby is fighting, you probably knew that much, but I do enjoy gaming and cooking, too. I like going to the park, movies, concerts, tournaments, battle royales, stuff like that.
*His bar filled up with energy and when the game prompted him for a quick action he seemed to somehow mash the right buttons on time, he quirks a brow. Then laughed at the result briefly." I could do this in my sleep, I think this game was based off actual fights. Could be wrong though, seems we're more alike than I first thought. Not that the thought would determine how close we get, I know the first impression wasn't the best. Then again we met on bad terms, so is this a fresh start ?" *turns out he's not going to master technology*
*He laughs as he watches his character got absolutely demolished, his health bar more than half gone. However, that made his energy bar fill up, and he went for his fatality move.* I doubt it was based off of real fights. I mean, how can one person get beat up with multiple broken bones and still fight? Yeah, we're more alike than I thought we were, too. Definitely not the best first impression. I guess you could say this is a fresh start.
*His character's health bar matched, but he didn't seem to mind one bit. Still having less than half his sight on the screen, but after a good ten rounds he intentionally threw the matches. Even to the point of setting the controller down* Well you for one can, being my descendant makes your body resilient to broken bones. Hell I fought off Mukuro when she shattered a few in my arm back then, besides you she's the only one close to my level. Speaking of that I have a very special connection deeper that just being able to control your body, at any given time I can see what you see. Or feel your emotions, and by that same statement. You can feel mine.
*He eventually put his controller down as well. He hadn't even noticed Raizen had threw the matches, he just thought he was winning by luck.* Well, yeah, but I was talking fights between humans. A human definitely can't keep fighting with broken bones. They're kinda fragile. Well I would've said Yomi was also close to your level, but he's dead now. Eh heh.. Please don't tell me you've spied on me while I was doing anything embarrassing. I mean, I get the emotion thing, figured that out while I was a ghost. Kuwabara was able to feel my wavelength of emotions because he was on the same wavelength. If you can basically spy on me, then I can probably do the same, right? If so, I don't plan on seeing what you see, cause knowing my luck, it'd be something I don't wanna see.
Well of course humans can't fight with broken bones, know that from many years of experience. Don't worry Sonny Boy I haven't spied on you when you're doing something embarrassing, except getting your ass handed to you by that idiot former spirit detective. Call it a gut feeling, you have one too. Anything I can do, you can too. Just have to tap into our connection, and not just my power boost either. If you really put your mind to it , you could control my body. Anything else you want to know, or want me to know ? If I'm correct, love life is off the table. That's fine." *Part of his next question was interrupted by a familiar growl*

Well, I'm glad that's the only embarrassing thing you saw. Still can't believe if the mission was delayed by 2 weeks, the asshole would've been dead anyways. Huh, interesting. Well there is one more thing I want to know. Why are our markings different?.. Was that growl from your stomach?" *His last question wasn't really intended to be answered.*

Botan is one of the grim reapers of Spirit World, she's Koenma's assistant. He was all stupid and lovey-dovey with her at first sight, but then he saw Yukina on the video tape Hiei handed me, and at first he didn't wanna help on the case, but I guess he fell in love with her seeing her on that screen and had a whole ass string on his pinky claiming it was like a string of fate. He even had a stupid headband that said "I Live For Yukina," talk about obsessed. I'm serious, I lost motivation to fight while I was fighting him. I thought I had just lost my will to fight. Then he reminded me why I was in demon world while beating the crap out of me. When I remembered, I started fighting back again. I'm pretty sure every version of me told ya that, but not every one of you listened. Well alright then, ramen and pork chop stew coming right up.

Honestly, I've got no clue what's wrong in that head of his. Maybe he's been hit in the head too much. She is quite bubbly but man, she can kick ass when she needs to. Well, I'm glad my friends and I saved your motivation.

*He was a bit surprised at how quick he was, but he chuckled a bit.* I'm guessing you like it."
*demolished half of it before he swallowed and said anything* Like it ? No, I love it son. Best cooked food I ever tasted, even hits the spot." Finished it all off, though spares the dishes of being licked clean. Any broth or juices drank down, wipes his mouth and pats Yusuke's shoulder* Proud of you son, just thought you should know that.
*Smiled and looked over at him* Well, I'm glad you think it's that good. If you want, I can make it every time I'm in demon world." *His smiled seemed to widened when Raizen told him he was proud of him.* Thanks. Nobody's ever really told me they were proud of me before.
I would love that, im sure Mukuro and Shura would too. You'll be the coolest big brother or however you kiddos say it these days, really? Someone should have been telling you that, in fact I'm proud to be your Father. Even if I'm just your ancestral Father.
