Dear Evan Hansen,  Today is going to be an amazing day, and here’s why; because all you have to do is be yourself. And it’s not like before where you said you should be yourself but really knew you shouldn’t be yourself because why would that suddenly start working after seventeen years, but like an actual true statement about being yourself that means something because now you have the proof to back it up. You have a actual friend who chooses to hang out with you. Well you never really discussed the word ‘friend’ but you're pretty sure people don’t discuss becoming friends and more so just become friends. And maybe choose is strong word, he maybe more so picks you? like over the alternative of being with is family. Either way you definitely consider Connor Murphy a friend. Maybe not a good friend but more than an acquaintance? Hes a much nicer guy than people give him credit for! And I mean sure things are still awkward with his family but you hardly ever see them anyways! so why bother worrying about it! You’re going to hang out with Connor later today so you should be worrying at that. except you shouldn’t worry about that either because it’s fine! everything with Connor is going to be fine!
