Just your regular guy from Brooklyn - Well, that may be a bit of an understatement. You see, I'm a super soldier. I constantly am in a battle to protect what I believe is right, standing up and representing America as well as the world. If you trust me, I'll trust you. You can ask me anything, anything at all. I just happen to like a certain guy named Tony Stark. My battle experience and training make me an expert tactician and an excellent field commander. My reflexes and senses are also extraordinarily keen. I have blended judo, western boxing, kickboxing, and gymnastics into my own unique fighting style and am a master of multiple martial arts. Years of practice with my indestructible shield make me able to aim and throw it with almost unerring accuracy. Hey there citizen! 

I’m sorry to hear that you’re feeling this way. You need to know that the world isn’t against you even though things may look dark right now. Clouded thoughts lead to clouded judgements. There are lots of people that are willing to support you and help you through this, including me. Always remember that! I’m here if and when you need me, all you need to do is come right here and you can talk your heart out. I’ll listen to everything you have to say. 

Whenever you’re sad try and think of something that’ll cheer you up; a memory, a person, a song or a place that just fills you with joy. Usually when I’m low (and yes, even super soldiers get low days) I turn on one of my favorite songs and shut my eyes, take a deep breath and just listen to the words and melody of the song. Clearing your mind helps you see things much clearer, so when you open your eyes you’ll be able to see things hopefully with a new and refreshed perspective. 

Try talking to your friends and family, sometimes talking it out is the best way to get people to know how you’re feeling. Maybe even try writing a letter if you find it hard to vocalise your feelings. 

I really hope you feel better soon and just remember that I’m here for you and always will be!

Hey there troop! I hope you feel better soon and you’re able to get some food down you soon, remember sometimes it’s better to eat to ensure that you’re getting enough energy! Food is extremely important especially if you want to grow up to be a big and strong super soldier.

So do you possibly think that Falcon will join the avengers in the future?

I am absolutely sure he will. He loves his independence but he’s a great team player and has experience communicating well. He would be an asset to the Avengers.

Steve, how many languages do you know?

I know quite a few! I’ve spent a long time stationed in Germany to crack numerous Hydra bases so I’ve managed to pick quite a lot up. But one of my favorite languages is Spanish! I’m very quick to learn, especially if it’s a Latin based language.

Hot dogs are one of my favorite foods, especially the ones they serve in Central Park, one of the venders in the joint makes the nicest dogs I’ve ever tasted! But nothing beats a chilli-dog from Coney Island.

I take particular issues very seriously, especially if they’re regarding issues I hold dear, and that could potentially endanger my friends.

Hey captain rogers? I had a really rough day today and I'm feeling really tense and strung out and I was just wondering if you ever got nervous when you did your captaining thing, and also if I could maybe have a hug.

We all have those days that may be terrible, but the most important thing to do is let it out and make sure that you’re stress free. Take a deep breath, or two, and do what you can to unwind, and just know that you have a solid support system. We’re all here for you even if you have a rough day, especially me. 

I did have my moments where I was nervous especially when I first started. It was hard to lead a team when you had a tiny lapse of confidence, but over time I realised that there is no reason to have that voice in the back of your mind giving you butterflies. It does return now and then, particularly given the huge decisions I have to make, but I regain faith in myself and my decisions not only because I listen to my heart - but because I know my intentions are good ones. Not only that, but I have my friends to reassure me whenever I did get nervous. The Avengers and the Commandos were the best teams I could ever ask for, and the best friends I’ve ever had. 

I hope you’re feeling better! I’m always here if you need me.
