It makes your body physically tense, because its an extension of our fight or flight response! ao, prolonged stress effects the body, because its a physical response as a mental one. have you been able to take some time to try and relax recently?

Hmm... Aching isn't the worst thing that you could be dealing with, considering.... You said it's mostly your neck, have you had reason to be slouching recently? Orrr... Hm, maybe it's because you're stressed? When you have a physical body, it reacts to stress in whatever way it can, which lines up too...

That has come with a few downsides though.. I miss my flock, you may be familiar with them… birds, lots of birds, ummm… I don’t know… if you met us properly, you might’ve been familiar with our body.. the rest of us were just Voices though

I’m glad the two of you get along, Stubborn is particularly… well he just loves a good fight, really!

…last we spoke he didn’t… like me very much, but… I don’t know, I sort of look up to him? He’s so persistent in the things he wants,,, even if it hurts
