Rose looks up and down her big brother with a very confused look on her face, "Is, is that my skirt? Wait where did you get all the glitter? Can I have glitter?" As many M!As as she had witnessed, the WHY he was wearing something so silly completely went over the young summoners head.

"This is not your skirt, no." Talon sighed before he spread out his arms. "Take all the glitter you want, sis. I don’t need it. I really don’t."

"Well I wanted a glittery outfit too, but I think just hugging you would do that!" she smiled brightly before she registered the weary sigh, quickly changing her expression to a small from quickly giving the assassin a tight hug. "It'll be ok Talon~ Hey maybe we could wash all the glitter off you! Have you tried that yet?" she looked up hopefully, hoping to brighten the mood a bit.

"Well, I’m not THAT strong of a summoner yet, but I’m glad you’re ok with working with me! I feel kinda weird summoning someone who I haven’t talked to yet," the young summoner simply shrugged. She knew most summoners didn’t feel that way about summoning champions, but it didn’t change her own thoughts. Besides, she found knowing a champion beforehand made it much easier to work with them. 

"Oh by the way, do you eat actual food or just knowledge? If its ok to ask that anyway."

"I would prefer to know who is summoning to use my abilities in the Fields as well. Such a small amount of knowledge does add a difference." Vel'Koz made a chuckle at her question. He found it rather out of place and from nowhere, but it amused him nonetheless. "That would depend on what you and I consider "food", Summoner, and if it is the same thing."

"Weeeelll, I know food for me is like meat and veggies and I needa eat in order to stay alive. Its um.. what was the word..." the young girl furrowed her brow in concentration. "Nutrition! Thats it! So do you have to eat anything special for that?"

He tilted his head to the side as he smiled up at him. He wondered if something happened to cause a rapid change in her mood but did not voice the question. "Humans are odd creatures." He muttered more to himself as she spoke. His attention was then brought back to her when she offered to summoned him. "I accept working with a strong summoner in the near future as more time in the Field will give me more data."

At the unfamiliar voice the young summoner quickly backs away looking embarrassed and a bit in shock, "Sorry Mister! I thought I was just about to lay down with Papa...." She looks around the area curiously biting her lip as she sees nothing familiar, "Where am I...? I don't think I was here before..."

This time, Vel'Koz made a noise that sounded like humming. He tilted his head down towards Rose and let his body drop down slightly. "I am fully aware of that human child, and should you wish to learn do come by and ask. As for the others that belittle you, they are not smart enough to realize an intellectual." Vel'Koz rose himself back to his original height. He didn't take his last comment as complementing Rose, but more as stating the truth.

That was a bit unexpected in the young summoner's eyes, and she couldn't help beaming up at Vel'Koz at the kind offer, "Thank you, I might just do that! I know anyone that makes fun of me doesn't know better at least.. I used to get yelled at a lot, especially from some of the other summoners, but its gotten lots better now. Hey maybe we can work together in a match someday, you seem pretty interesting to work with."

"Um.. ok.." Rose frowned a bit more unsure what else she could really say at this point. "Well you can still learn lots just by asking questions usually, that's what I do a lot if I wanna learn something. Though since I'm still a kid I don't get proper answers most the time..."

"Whose to say that the knowledge that I wish to have can be obtain another way, human child? No, what I want can only be taken when I see the inside the subject. A full analyses would call for complete disintegration. Destroying the subject is small sacrifice that I must give, granted that it is only a sacrifice at rare times."

"Well have you tried learning other ways?" she frowns a bit as she thinks. "I mean the scientists in Piltover learn all kinds of things without destroying everything.. then again I dunno what type of knowledge you really get from it, so I can't really say much... So what kind of stuff have you learned about other champions then?"

"Knowledge." He answered sternly. "I acquire knowledge though disintegration, human child. Although I am limited as to how much I can gather while in the Fields, as to the agreement that was given to me, it is still something."

"Ooooh," a look of realization soon spread over the young girl's face. "That explains a lot, but how come you can't learn about stuff WITHOUT destroying it? Wouldn't that be better?" she tilted her head to the side looking up curiously, "I mean, what's the fun about learning about stuff if you just destroy it? Then you can't use it."

He let out a low laugh at her response. He had wondered what the Summoners knew of there Champions and how much the Institution allowed to be known. "I am sure that the young one has his reasons as to why he uses his own acids, whatever it may be, like I have a reason as to why I like to "shoot lasers."" He brought up his tentacle to her level as if raising a finger. "You however are not far in your thinking, but I do not simply destroy; there is purpose."

Her attention shifted briefly to the tentacle in her face before looking back at the large eye of the void being in front of her, unable to help looking a bit proud of herself for being partially right, "Really? Can I ask what it is? I know on the Fields you can be pretty destructive, what do you get from it though?"

Forced to join? That was something that he had not heard about. His impression was that the humans that were in the Institution did it as more of a job and from their own will. Not finding much interest, he had brushed most of the Summoners but to here that some were forced to join caused his curiosity to rise some what. 

"I have indeed learn much so far and I plan to discover much more. Whether one would finds what I learn to be worth the expense would be their own opinion." He looked at Rose and tilted his head slightly to the side. "What have you learned about me?"

"About you?" she looked over him thoughtfully as she pieced together what little she knew about the eye of the void. "Wellll... I know you're from the void, but you're not obsessed with eating, and you wanna learn lots about this world. I haven't summoned you but I've seen you in matches lots so I know you use a lotta lasers and stuff to fight. At first I wondered why someone who wanted to learn lots would blast things to bit, but then I remembered the void is a lot different so you probably can tone it down for analyzing stuff? I know in Piltover they have all sorts of crazy machines so that doesn't seem too weird," she spoke thoughtfully, having not really said her own thoughts on the subject out loud before. 

"Of course, I'm just guessing, for all I know you just like shooting lasers and stuff like Kog'maw likes to throw up on people."

The young summoner peered up at the large void creature curiously, she had seen plenty of him in matches since he joined the league, but never so close. She nodded lightly at the question, offering a friendly smile, “You’re right, I’m Summoner Rose. Did ya wanna ask me stuff?”

His eye peered down at the child and his limbs curled under him lazily. He knew that the small human in front of him was not ordinary and he had thought right. She was probably smarter then a good number of humans that he has seen and tested. A shame that she was untouchable. 

"How long have you been serving the Institution?"

Rose frowned a bit thinking over the question, poking her lower lip with her index finger thoughtfully, "As a summoner? Well a bit over 2 years ago I was kinda made to join, and it took me awhile before I was able to summon much, you're here to learn stuff right? I haven't summoned you before, but I usually try and learn about new champions joining. Have you learned lots of cool stuff?"
