[So what am I working on? Pretty much a whole revamp of where I planned on taking the storyline for Slipstream! The original idea was to just be another kind of freeform PMD style thing where they went around doing missions and the like, but for whatever reason that was making it very hard for me to actually plan things and get them done. Then, through a few comments by friends, the idea to have them be more of a support squad/medical team popped up, and honestly it clicked a lot harder than the whole “Rescue Team” deal for them. I’m not sure if it’ll be a soft reset (since I only have like five posts here) or what, but bear with me while I get all the dust settled! Thanks for sticking around y’all, can’t wait to get back into this!]

Sorry for the long delay everyone! Work's picked up recently and I just moved houses, so things have been pretty stressful and I haven't had much time for artwork.
I do have a few plans for going forward with this blog, which will involve a little bit of a shift from where they were originally going! Bear with me while I start to wipe off all the dust, and I hopefully will have things going soon!

Happy Munday! The many moods of Molly.
Lief: "Oh, brother. More dreamers... well, someone has to give it to you straight, huh?" He tapped his foot as he scrutinized the duo. Apparently the Buizel's idea of wanting to become a rescue team really set off an urge to criticize it. "First of all, I think your buddy has a point. If you wanna do something good for the world or make a name for yourself, you don't need a badge or a fancy title. Second, what kind of work will you even be doing? Are you even prepared for that? Do you even know?"
River turns to leave, walking towards the dunes away from the water. He looks mildly upset, clearly trying to put on a brave and unbothered face as he walks. Molly looks between her friend and the newcomer, a frown appearing on her own face as she turns. A dark expression moves across her face for a moment as she shoots an intimidating look.
“Don’t you EVER talk down on his dream again.”

River gives the Shinx a huge smile, gesturing to the sandy beaches around him. “Nah, we don’t live on the beach or anything, we’re just here to think and talk!” He lowers his voice slightly, almost conspiratorially.
“Between you and me, I think that Molly was playing in the sand earlier. Don’t tell her I said that, she likes to pretend to be tough. She’s not a huge fan of the water, so getting her to the beach in the first place is a big deal.”

Could hear you two talking nearby. If I didn't know any better it sounds like you want to form an exploration team? Could be wrong though.
Molly lets out the tiniest of sighs, nodding to her fellow Raboot. “River’s got it in his head that we’re going to take the Rescue Team world by storm and are gonna be the best ones out there.” She rolls her eyes, seeming to both be fond and annoyed at the same time. “The goal is to see if we’re cut out for one to start with. Apply with the nearby Guild and see what they have to say about it.” She lets out a small chuckle at this. “He can be so one minded when it comes to things like this.”

Two Pokemon sit on a beach, watching the sun sparkling over the water. They seem to be in a conversation, talking animatedly to each other.
“C’mon Molly! It’ll be fun! We can go and register right now and be done with it! Then we’ll be official, we can earn money and standing and everything!”
“I know that, River. But then we’ll have to do more work and have a schedule and have to answer to people. Why can’t we just keep doing our own thing?”
Even though the two of them are chatting, they seem approachable! River and Molly are available for asks!
