Figures I'd eventually do one of these. This'll just be for a brief rundown of this blog, and the restrictions with asks and such. Don't worry, it'll be brief, and after this I'll get back to doing the usual asks and such.

OVERVIEW AND INFORMATION

Ask the Nightguards is an Ask Blog where you...ask the nightguards questions. It IS going to have an overarching story and narrative, similar to how the actual game plays out.

There's Jeremy, the highly optimistic and outgoing youngen of the group, who has a tendency to trust the wrong person for the right reason.

Mike, whomst in spite of his great nihilism and sardonic nature, is quite the gentle giant! So long as you don't get him angry, THEN things might get physical.

The veteran of Faz, er, Frickbears, is Vanessa! She's harmless all things considered, if...INCREDIBLY secretive. As dutiful as she is easy-going, she's the most valuable asset to the team.

Fritz, who legally has 5 varations of the same, unspecified disease

The games that are 'canon' are FNaF 1-5, and a weird variation of the PizzaPlex, where Vanessa DID indeed go through many of the same events, but the PizzaPlex just sort of...doesn't exist here. I think at least. Notify me if SpookyRick decides to update the lore to spite me in particular.

And finally, they've all been working there for around a month together, hence why they're so familiar with one another.

RULES AND GUIDELINES

Rule No 1 | No NSFW asks, pretty obvious, I'm trying to keep this tonally close to the game. At MOST it should be suggestive, and that's being leniant.

Rule No 2 | Sorry to say, but no OCs. I've gotten a few asks and as much as I'd like to include; this story is rooted with the nightguards (and possibly others), not fan characters. Feel free to do RP accounts of official characters though, I love responding to those.

Rule No 3 | Not as much of a rule as it is a guideline: try making asks have a bit of MEAT to them, y'know? I like responding to as many as I can, but a lot of them have to be snuffed because they aren't that interesting and don't have much I can respond WITH. Try to ask worldbuilding questions, or personal questions. Rule No 4 | Ask as many asks as you want, just remember, I'm only answering the fun or unique ones, so don't expect all your asks to get through.

I’m genuinely curious if Fritz has ever any interests in romance plus other things other than just Freddy’s in general

here's a fun fact about these two; mike actually has a scar on his right ear as you can see here, while vanessa always tries to cover her buck teeth whenever smiling

To Vanessa How do you remember The Mega PizzaPlex? If so, what are your thoughts on it?

Vanessa's probably my favorite guard, and I do mean probably since Mike and her are having a duel for the ages just for the top spot. I'm looking forward to doing stuff with her past

Alright, alright. Chaos is over . It's been four asks. It's time to reverse the group back their body's. Note that this may hurt a little and has a side. Like you have an ugly rat guy in the group, it will most likely swap the personality to a woman! But that will never happen! Right? Right? Oh well! *pushes a button that gets Jeremy Mike, Vanessa, and Fritz's bodies back!*

And with that, things are FINALLY back to normal for the gang. Anyways, look forward to the next 2 posts, we're actually getting into the story now

Don't worry about it; questions just mean that you care enough to want an answer

Something like 'puts Mike and Vanessa on a date'. It's hard to nail down a solid definition, since stuff LIKE switching bodies in the first place is fun and I like it. Basically, if your action is something that will completely change how the story would play out or go, then think about how you can ask in it a way it WON'T mess with the story.

Put more than one word. Mean as it might be to say, I have gotten a few of those and it's just, how exactly do I answer them? I can sometimes whip up a joke, but a lot of the time I can't answer the ask, which I never like doing.

Oh, and also don't god-anon and such. That's another one. A lot of the time the story is gonna play out on its own, try not to influence the narrative too much.
