This is Odessa, she's about 18-20 (that part hasn't been fully determined). She is the older sister of Jazz, who is a witch's apprentice, and Stephano, who is a technology witch. She is the reason Tika likes PTP, but that was because they discovered it at the same time.

Tika has a shirt that says "D.I.L.F." on it... She didn't know what it meant then. Now it's buried in the back of her closet, until her girlfriend Odessa found it.

Shading practice I guess. Also, when I drew Eepop I thought that both Eepop and Popee would have slightly different bangs. Eepop has bangs are more separate and wavier hair, while Popee's hair is kinda like a hime cut.
