Hey

Soooo, it's been a while, hasn't it?

Sorry I haven't updated in a while. A lot has happened, mostly university related. I'm currently doing an internship, hence I really haven't had much time to work on this blog.

Anyways, I'm here to say that I'm gonna like, retire this specific blog. I'm not quitting the askblog thing entirely. It's just that during my time off, I've had a lot to think about and I decided, I REALLLYYYYY suck at writing. Admittedly I should've done better when I started the blog and I was a really stupid teenager. I especially cringe at how I wrote Matthias and I yes, I should've done more research when making his story (referencing V*vz* and older slashers really wasn't the best idea). I also want to fix Makoto (I've made her too one note), Kaarima (Her story was admittedly too flat), Medea (I admit, Medea had the least amount of thought put into her), Logan (His story was too angst slop), etc. And eventually, I realized that I couldn't rewrite them if I continued this blog (Plus, their old designs make me cry) especially since I was NOT a good RP-er at the time.

And thus, this blog will be retired. It'll still be up as a reminder for myself of what not to do. And to everyone I've bothered and inconvenienced, I'm sorry. I will try to do better and be more mindful from here on out.

About my absence

Yeah, sorry I haven't done anything in this blog for a while, life has been a bit stressful and I nearly got the energy and motivation sucked out of me, but don't worry, I'm not gonna abandon this blog anytime soon.

Anyways, I'm planning on redesigning and refining a few of my goober's designs, and maybe do a little remodeling for the blog, so look forward to it!

"Oh Okay! Thanks for your feedback Mister Collins! I do plan on adding some more flavors later!" Caroline said enthusiastically. "I just thought people would be more willing to eat these if they were yummy!"

“Oh, I'm sure they will! To be honest, when food is scarce, one might not bother with such minor details. But I think in case of an emergency, a little joy over something tasting good can be truly motivating.”

It was sweet seeing her jump with joy and excitement about her little inventions. It reminded him of himself, when he was younger. Ah, what good times those were! So free of worries and no obstacle too big! The scientist could not help but chuckle.

“And now off you go! You have made a whole lot of progess. You should go out and play with some of the other kids. You can't just sit at your desk all day!”

"Okay, Mister Collins! I'll do just that! I happen to have a match soon too!" Caroline said as she prepared to leave

"Weeeellllllll" Caroline started, grabbing a small container out from her pocket. It contained a few familiar gelatinous orbs, only with some coloring this time. "I made them strawberry flavored! Mister Collins, can you please try them to see if the flavoring is there?"

The scientist carefully picked up one of the edible marbles, held them against the light and lightly squished them, before popping it in his mouth. He chewed carefully, pondering...

“I can definitely taste the strawberry. It's a bit intense - though that could be only due to my personal preference. Do you plan to add more flavours?”

“Glad you are having a good time”, Glenn smiled. At least the children in the manor didn't have to go through additional hardships outside the matches.

An excited Caroline sprints towards the scientist at an unnatural speed, holding a small container that seems to be filled with clear spheres the size of a ping pong balls.

Luckily this time instead of crashing into the guy, Caroline managed to stop right on time. "Remember that project I mentioned?????? Can you please help me test these? They're filled with water for now! I want to see if the barrier is edible!"

“I think it works just fine, but you should really work on the flavour.”
