Have you met the Watcher? What is he like?

Lurien? He lives up to the title at the very least. He's a watcher, a creep, and a snitch! I don't trust a bug that's so insistent on monitoring everything. It's an unnerving compulsion, so I keep my distance. Not that it's hard when he rarely leaves that tower.

Fascinating...and you have no thought to how she got there?

Not a one. Little thing gave me a start in my own room. I'm not even quite sure what she is.

It resembles a mothling, but I don't say that in confidence. If she is, it's incredibly young. Odd that a creature so small and helpless managed to find its way so deep into the palace.

She's adorable! Hollow, I hope you don't think you're going to only keep her in your room.

We are not intending to keep it, Moss. Why not?! Just because it stumbled in here does not mean we are obligated to be its caretakers. If it is an adolescent, she may have a parent nearby.

Well, I'm the older sibling and I say we're keeping her. We hatched within a month of each other. Doesn't matter, big sibling rights. Flood, you're on my side right??

Hollow, the queen mentioned Ogrim encourages your ventures outside the palace, what are they like? Any places that peak your interest?

Heard about that, did you? Ogrim may respect my father but he's always encouraged a sense of adventure in my siblings and I when he wasn't looking. We still travel in pairs for safety so I usually end up accompanying anyone in need of a partner. Ghost and Hornet often end up hunting near the edge of the wastes, Moss and Shale do more material gathering than anything, and Flood will practically run out on a whim if she's tired of all the white walls of the palace.

Though, for me personally, I always enjoyed the quieter parts of the kingdom. Close to the surface where there's plenty of light but just deep enough that the harsh winds of the wastes don't whistle by. Actually, there's a beautiful still lake near th-

Have any of you visited the Archives? What’s it like?

We actually visit pretty frequently. Monomon was asked to tutor us over the years, it's been that way since I was born at least. I visit the most; Ms. Monomon's strides in environmental study fascinate me even if she trends more towards living specimens than I do. But all of us understand that learning never truly stops. This kingdom has always been far from content and we're a part of that nature all the same.

A snail shaman? That's odd, you don't see shamans near the city very often. I...suppose I can ask? If the master has seen them around? That's not weird, right?? Maybe it's a little weird? Um-! But yes, of course, I hope your friend turns up soon. I'll be sure to tell them you're worried.

Hornet, what do you think of little Ghost?

I don't particularly think of them much. Not any more than our other siblings anyway. The most notable thing about them is the circumstances of their birth. It took remarkable strength for them to survive this long. While I've never wished them harm or a difficult recovery from their ills, I was still always at a distance. The black shell of the palest family.

That's certainly an interesting perspective to have.

I recall a much different story when your youngest sibling hatched.

You'd take a rest at the palace before coming to visit the hive. Every time without fail, those stumbling little legs would be on your tail out of sheer curiosity. They almost seemed worried about where their dear half sister was running off to so often. They could hardly be roused out of bed for anything else in such a weak state. It was adorable the way you simply pretended they weren't there but never shooed them off. If you intended to keep distance, you failed spectacularly my dear.

Th...there was no use in trying to dissuade a bug that stubborn. It was better than leaving them to pass out attempting to get back....

Hey! Thoughts on great knights? Which are your favorite? Who do you hang out with the most?

All five have always been so enamored with my dear children. While Hollow has followed the footsteps of my dear Dryya, and Ogrim has encouraged their expeditions outside the palace many times, I do believe the most favored is Hegemold . Throughout my many broods, he has always been particularly enamored with the little ones and they have sought him out eagerly in turn. It's a shame he's never mated, he would take to family so well.

What is the White Lady like?

Oh- she's wonderful! All of us couldn't ask for a better mom. I wouldn't want to even if I could, though. I used to hold up in the palace for days at a time when I was young. She was usually the one to coax me out. We've all gotten busier as we've grown but I always make time for her because she always did for me.

Hollow, how does it feel to have tall person privilege? Also, how is your training coming along?

I don't know if I would call it a privilege exactly. Bumping doorways and being first called to fetch anything a few meters off the ground is more a responsibility than anything.

I just took a break from training actually. If I can hold my own against Dryya like that consistently, I may just be promoted to full service soon!

To anyone who will answer: what is your earliest memory?

I suppose I have the others beat in that regard. I have a memory from before I even hatched.

The first thing I ever remember feeling, was a hand.

I couldn't see anything, I wasn't able to just yet, but the trembling grip on my fingers stayed there for some time. Neither of us moved, I just felt that grip squeeze tighter and tighter until it went lax, not long before I felt strong enough to break open our shell.

To be honest, I'm not entirely sure if it's a memory or a vivid dream, but...

I still feel those tiny claws grip my fingers from time to time.

For anyone really: Thought out your time in Hallownest, are there any individuals that you enjoy the company of?

Oh, ohhhohoho anon I see what you're trying to do. Let's be upfront instead of trying to hide what you're really after here.

Oh Shale, don't play dumb. They're obviously looking for gossip! "Individuals" that we "enjoy the company of". Why don't you tell them about that little bug I always spot you following up to the mines. What was her name again? My-?

No!! No- I have no idea what you mean! Or are implying! Or what they're implying! I'm sure it's just a miscommunication! We're all living perfectly normal lives here! Lives that don't involve attraction to other bugs in the slightest!!

Hey, Moss and Kin. Where are you two off to?

Oh, just a trip out into Greenpath. As impressive as our mother's garden is, a lot of plants can't bloom in the conditions they're under in that massive greenhouse. Or at least that's what Moss has told me. So, I go with them to grab blooms they've been struggling to grow in safer conditions. Some are for her pressed collections, her garlands, or tea blends, they're mostly an excuse to run out into the wilds again if you ask me.

And to find a comfortable clearing for her to spontaneously pass out in. It's why I go with her. I'm hardly a good brother if I don't volunteer to carry them home safe.

Whats the opinion on your….. father. Im very sorry if this is an awkward question.

Dad? I guess some bugs find him intimidating but he's actually really nice! He can be kinda stubborn and gets cooped up in his workshop a lot, but he still made sure we grew up strong and capable. I'm really grateful for him.

You say this like we aren't going to be in trouble again when we get home. You're lucky I can handle the yelling...
