He shuffles out of the room to flop on the couch in the living room.

Sam: spirit? Santa isnt real Angus. It's some made up thing to get people to get more gifts...right?

Sam looks up his uncle quite confused “isnt that just the festive cheer from people... or is it an actual embodiment that will mess you up if you mess with christmas?”

“It’s more like the latter. I don’t know too much about it, as there is a lot of hearsay, but I know enough to not go looking. So it’s best to drop it for now. There’s way cooler things to be hunting after anyway,” he smiles down at Sam and shrugs.

“What’s up everybody my name is chase brody and welcome back to bro average. Today I’ll be attempting to fly. I suddenly got these sick wings. They flap about so I gotta test out in classic bro average style and see if I can do a 360 no scope in the air while trying to shoot this nerf gun into that target.

Because here at bro average what are we. NEVER AVERAGE!

Alright let’s go lads!”

Chase stands up on the roof of the house where all the egos stay. Assuming everyone is out of the house at work or school. He thought it would be a good time to do this incredibly dangerous stunt.

Thats until his eldest child walks into the garden. Sam brody looks up at his father. Confused and quite concerned.

“Dad what are you doing???” He yelled up to his father. Concerned that his fathers mental health had gotten to a low again.

“Doing a stunt for bro average! I got these sick ass wings and I gotta try them out! No one else has wings sam! Think of the views!” He shouted back at his son. The winged man smiles happily. Which alleviates the sinking sensation in sams gut.

“Come down dad. Henrik isnt home he cant help you if you get hurt!!” Sam scolding his foolhardy father.

“I’m a grown man Sam. I can do this trick if I want!”

“@askthesurvivalhunter , DADS PUT HIMSELF IN DANGER AGAIN. HE WONT LISTEN TO ME. CAN YOU GET HIM DOWN FROM THE ROOF” yelled the younger of the two.

Angus came out, took one look at the situation, and groaned. “oh c’mon.” he took a big breath in.

“OI, DUMBASS. DON’T DO THIS. Or at least set out mattresses or somethin. BUT GET DOWN.” he yelled, “OR I’LL COME UP AND GET YA MYSELF,”

“HOW YOU GONNA DO THAT FUZZY BUTT? HUH? TRY STOP ME DOING MY SICK TRICKS” chase does like a weird gang sign/bro hand motion.

Sam just face palms. “Aslong as you dont get hurt or kill each other I’m fine with you yeeting him off the roof uncle Angus.”

Chase. He’s a werewolf. And the survival hunter.

So he climbs up the side of the house, reaching the roof pretty quickly. “LIKE THIS, BIRD FOR BRAINS.”

Chase screeches like a bird.

“ I GOTTA DO MY SICK STUNT. GET OUTA HERE. YOUR NOT MY FUZZY DAD”

He starts flapping his wings agressivly.

“YOU GOTTA BE CAREFUL THOUGH, YOU COULD GET REALLY HURT AND I DON’T WANT THAT.”

Angus attempts to get a hold of the screeching bird man

From the furious flapping chase actually gets up off the roof for a small period of time.

“ILL BE FINE ANGUS. IVE DONE THIS SHIT BEFORE. YOUR A SURVIVAL HUNTER. YOU KNOW THAT I WILL SURVIVE IT EVEN IF I DID FALL”

Angus is spooked by that, staying back in an attempt to have him stop flapping so hard.

“YEAH YOU’LL LIVE, BUT YOU COULD BREAK A BONE OR SOMETHING. IT’S NO FUN HAVING WINGS IF YOU CAN’T GO ANYWHERE CUZ YOU HAVE A CAST. YOU COULD EVEN BREAK THE BONES IN YOUR WINGS, THEY’RE LIGHTER THAN THE REST OF THEM.’

“But.. if I fly. I wont break any bones… because in flying”

He squinted his baby blues at the other. As he steps closer to the edge. Wings not flapping as much. There out like a bird ready to take off.

“Chase! You don’t know if you’re gonna fly. And even if you do fly, what about the landing? Or if you can’t control yourself while flying?” He looked worried

“ I mean.. I might as well learn.. on the fly!!”

He awkwardly finger guns and then sighs “alright. Get something I can land on”

Angus sighs at the joke, then climbs down, running inside to get some mattresses and pillows and stuff.

“I’ll just edit all this out…” taking a deep breath in. Then out.

Starting to flap his wings. Getting off the ground by like 0.5cm then landing. Then a little more.

He gets ready to leap off the roof.

Angus comes out after a moment, dragging a mattress behind him. He in wolf form now to drag easier. He borks to announce his presence.

Chase launches himself off the roof. Agressivly flapping his wings and actual arms. Waggling his legs too.

“FUCK!”

Angus borks loudly, trying to move the mattress so that Chase’d land on it safely.

Most of chase lands on the mattress. Except.. his foot. It pretty much breaks apon impact. Chase is out of it.

So big dog man is left with a unconscious birb man.

And Angus is panicked, instincts going wild as he howls super loud, gently nudging Chase with his nose in between howls.

They flap about so I gotta test out in classic bro average style and see if I can do a 360 no scope in the air while trying to shoot this nerf gun into that target.

Chase stands up on the roof of the house where all the egos stay. Assuming everyone is out of the house at work or school. He thought it would be a good time to do this incredibly dangerous stunt.

Thats until his eldest child walks into the garden. Sam brody looks up at his father. Confused and quite concerned.

“Dad what are you doing???” He yelled up to his father. Concerned that his fathers mental health had gotten to a low again.

“Doing a stunt for bro average! I got these sick ass wings and I gotta try them out! No one else has wings sam! Think of the views!” He shouted back at his son. The winged man smiles happily. Which alleviates the sinking sensation in sams gut.

“Come down dad. Henrik isnt home he cant help you if you get hurt!!” Sam scolding his foolhardy father.
