May I collect your art for reaction videos?

Hi tumblr! I'd like to ask if I could get permission from folks to put their art (with credit) in an album for the Shows to react to if they choose.

I have only sourced art from the official Discord (where it's expected it might be put in an album) or from Tiktok/youtube shorts playlists where that's already publicly posted. I feel like downloading the art and reuploading it, even to a private album, is something I should get permission for.

Let me know if you're okay with that or not by replying to the post, and spread if you can so more TSBS artists can let me know!

I realized that many of you don't follow me on my other social media accounts/are on my discord server/have seen my livestreams, so me offhandedly replying to an ask that I am now married is how a lot of you officially found out that Davis and I tied the knot VERY recently...sorry LOL Here is what I posted on Twitter (I know I know, I only use it because a majority of my audience is there ;-;) but massive credits to @kouwelm for creating this amazing work of art to help announce the big news!

I have also posted a short video on Twitter as well with some clips of the day if people are interested! I'm still a noob at Tumblr so I'm not sure how to add it but you know where to find it if you really wanna see it!

I can’t believe I never posted this!!!

Hi, today you learn a fun fact about Star: she’s a huge insect nerd!! I saw the antennae on Dahlia and immediately zeroed in on giving them more bug like features. I want to draw him more, and expand upon it, but these are the doodles I did when he first appeared. Definitely more on the way, this bug guy is my favorite now.

Their insect features (I know it’s not quite apparent. I do want to make them more prominent now, but before I wanted to try and stick to the original as much as possible.) are based off of praying mantises! I was specifically looking at orchid mantises, even if their colors don’t match up. Gorgeous little guys who are still deadly!

Prrrrobably talking about that one stream right? Where they said Solar would have an evil arc? Cause Davis clarified after he answered that ‘evil/villain’ just means more antagonistic than usual, which certainly was the case for the Overseer arc

Question referring to the Pride SOTW: While I know BrainRot (Creator x Acolyte/Felix/Trashcan man) isn't explicitly canon and will likely never be confirmed since they're both dead, I noticed the homophobic-gay part for Creator on your list and it kinda got be thinking: do you (or anyone else who works on the show, if you know if they have opinions on it) think Acolyte is on the LGBTQ+ spectrum and, if so, what you think he'd be

I PERSONALLY, as a fan, think they had some sort of It’s Complicated thing going on. Like come on. Creator going “ohhhh yeah of course he’s fanatically devoted to me he works for me and I’m amazing, I greatly appreciate his help and can’t imagine my life without him here (no homo tho)” while Felix is over there going “i would die for you. I want you to make out with me. Idk how but we’d figure it out.”

In terms of canon, idk, I haven’t asked Davis (who plays him and would be the authority on it). But if it means anything to you non-canon wise, Reed clarified that the Creator is gay (but homophobic) because I scoffed at the idea of him being straight with how gay he and Felix acted with each other. No words out of his mouth re:Felix, and I didn’t ask, but……. Ya know, make of that what you will.

If you’re intending to post on the official TSBS Discord yeah because there’s a rule against posting non-canon ships (we don’t need the drama that comes from shipping wars/judgement of others, it’s enough moderating discussion of canon ships). Otherwise I don’t know what you mean by rules?

Again, Discord rules/ones I put in albums have rules that Tumblr doesn't have to follow, I'm just not going to bother making a different "starting screen" for Tumblr.

Realized I should point out that if I block you somewhere online, it's usually not personal (we'd have to have a personal relationship for that) or even that I disagree with your opinions! I block roleplay blogs, gimmick blogs, etc. too, cause I just wanna vibe and see cool or funny fanart while scrolling through tags! Personally don't want to be seeing the same posts/formatting over and over while looking for content, or seeing someone's opinion or attitude that'll bum me out for the day, ya know?
