i havent shifted yet bc i keep losing interest/getting burnt out but im not giving up yet :>

ACTUALLY i tried again abt a month ago bc i was bored and tired so i thought "i should try shifting again i havent done that in a while" and i think i got pretty close!! i basically fell asleep while affirming that i was my drself and i actually started to hear my thoughts in their voice again like before, but i ended up losing focus and just had a normal dream :/

i tried shifting using the raven method a couple nights ago and while i was counting my voice in my head changed?? to my drself's voice??

it was really sudden and no, i didn't intentionally try to do that and i don't even know if i could because i didn't have a voiceclaim for my drself at all

ive heard that, for some people at least, dumbledore could tell that they had shifted/were from another reality. has this happened to anyone on here?

hey im back!! i was scared bc of the whole deep dive thing, but anthony padilla's video kind of reassured me if that makes sense? he was really fair and polite and most of the comments were supportive :')
