Aaaaaand they’re off!
I don’t get why people think being gay is a sin. When my fingers are inside of her & her eyes roll back, it’s pretty heavenly to me.
'Cause I got issues, but you got them too So give them all to me and I'll give mine to you
roisin-dubois:
“Sorry but my friends aren’t rude and don’t randomly yell at people like you do.” She was done talking to this woman. Did she truly not know manners? They were a simple thing to learn. Even little kids knew them. Damn. Little kids were smarter than this woman. “Is there a reason your just rude to everyone?”
With an exaggerated frown at the brunette’s words, Aspen pretended to be deeply saddened by her rebuttal of their friendship. Then when she asked why Aspen was the way she was, the blonde hummed in thought. Honestly, she wasn’t that rude to everyone -- she was just blunt. And this girl had given her a reason to be a little snippy. “Hmm, I think it probably all stems from my childhood physical, emotional, and verbal abuse,” the blonde spoke dramatically, like she was laying in a therapist’s chair, spilling her deepest secrets. But with the way she displayed them, it was hard to tell if she was lying or making up a story.

Victoria: Hm.
Victoria: I could come around noon when I take my lunch break.
Aspen: I'll see you then

Victoria: You're confused. Ask me a question otherwise I won't know what to say.
Aspen: What time works best for you in the afternoon tomorrow?
jessicamcrgan:
A simple smirk was all that was needed in response to her statement. The feeling was mutual which made her imagine a fairly decent friendship forming between the two. “Which is totally fine with me, honestly. That part made it a hell of a lot better.” She laughed, shaking her head a little bit. “No, unfortunately, I don’t have a fun ending like that. I was released like a week or so after and never saw her again. If I do, however, I’ll have to make up for it.”
The girl was open-minded, as well. Aspen liked that. And her further comments about making up for the abuse behind bars left Aspen feeling giddy, and like she’d love to be a fly on the wall during the encounter. “Keep talking like that and I just might fall in love,” the blonde winked. She was teasing, of course, and it was obvious in her tone.
amarabass:
Amara giggled, nodding. “Oh, yeah. I’m straight, but sometimes I wish I weren’t. Men are animals.” She said, sighing. “You’re not, though? Wow. Your girlfriend is a lucky woman.”
“That they are,” Aspen agreed. Though she enjoyed men in the past, as well, the blonde couldn’t picture herself with another. Or anyone but Indigo, honestly. The other’s assumption that she had a girlfriend intrigued Aspen though, and she found herself wondering aloud what made her think that. “Why do you think I have a girlfriend?”
alessiaharrington:
“What else would cause a beautiful, beautiful blonde amazing fashion designer to be here at a bar, completely smashed? Maybe a beautiful, beautiful man that dumped her not once, but now twice!” Ally exclaimed, holding up two fingers. “Truly pathetic I am and you should drink with the pathetic. Least you could do.”
“Okay, Barbie, I get it,” Aspen sighed as the other blonde continued her egotistical tirade that she had begun with last time they had met. The caterer liked a confident woman, but being cocky was a whole other story, and got old real fast. “Twice, huh?” Aspen winced sarcastically. “Your first mistake was taking him back after the first time. Rookie move for someone with your level of self-esteem.”
cassidyxrogers:
Cassidy nodded when she heard Aspen’s reply, “Yeah I know. Just wondering when that right person is going to come around.” She finished off her sketch and showed it to Aspen, “This cover everything you want in your living room? Or do you want me to add some more things to the list?” She looked down at Pinnacle and smiled, holding her hand out so the dog could get her smell before scratching him behind the ear lightly. “Yeah, animals in general make me feel a lot happier. I was actually planning on getting a therapy dog to help keep me company at my apartment, but we’ll see,” she says, her smile shrinking as she looked back up at Aspen. “You’re house isn’t going to look like any flags, I can promise you that!” she laughs shaking her head. “I’ll leave out the white and use beige instead. Do you like the beach? I can give the house a beach feel with the different shades of blues and the beige.”
“I know it’s cliche," Aspen prefaced, “ – but in my experience, they tend to come when you least expect it. Or want it, really.” Shrugging, the blonde sat up a bit on the couch – as much as she could with Pinnacle attempting to lay atop her – so that she could see the sketch. “I think it looks nice. You’re a good artist,” she complimented. And when Aspen complimented someone, it was genuine, as she didn’t just toss them around lightly. “He’s definitely a happy addition,” the blonde smiled down at the two year old puppy. Pinnacle had basically grown up with Aspen around, so she was just as much his mother as Indigo was. “We have a guinea pig too, but my girlfriend hates her. So rude, right?” The question was rhetorical as she sat up and took Cassidy’s promise with a grain of salt. “It might be cheesy, but if you could play with different shades of blue – maybe an indigo shade – that might be pretty too…” Since meeting her lover, the color was now one of her favorites. “I like the beach. Just not, like, overly beach-y, you know? No fake sand or umbrellas,” Aspen let out an airy chuckle.
marcuswest:
“God-son, yeah. A little kid of a couple of months.” The words might’ve been simple, but Marcus was proud of that little rascal. Stepping into the cool-uncle role as if it had been made for him. He chuckled to her next comment, nodding to the very accurate statement. “Oh, it’s hardly deterred. But let’s just say it’s put a very realistic perception of the whole ordeal. Hence, better to be safe than sorry. It’s not just you who has to deal with the consequences of a sloppy wrap-job. The kid’s gotta deal with it too.”
“Luckily for me, i’ll never accidentally create a spawn, since the only person i’m having sex with also happens to have a pair of XX chromosomes,” Aspen shrugged her shoulder. That was the best part of having sex with women, after all. One didn’t have to worry about accidental conception.
roisin-dubois:
“Orgasmic. Very enjoyable or exciting. Also means able to achieve orgasm. So yes it does have to do with orgasms,” Roisin pointed out. “There’s not wrong with sex as long as you’re not talking to a complete stranger about the subject.”
“The ‘also’ is key word there,” Aspen informed with a roll of her eyes. “We’re not strangers -- we’ve met twice. We’re practically friends, at this point,” she poked with a smirk, knowing the brunette couldn’t stand her.
I’m sorry, I shouldn’t laugh. It’s really more sad than funny.

Victoria: It doesn't matter. I wanted that look to go away and maybe when I see you next it won't be a concern of mine anymore.
Victoria: We'll see.
Aspen: [Read 12:08 am]

Victoria: Cassidy. Yes, I like her a lot. But no it doesn't have to do with her.
Victoria: You look at me and you see me as someone I'm not. Someone more than I am. Someone perfect or something.. I wanted that to go away.
Aspen: I didn't think you were perfect. I only think Indigo is perfect. And she's not even perfect.
Aspen: The joke was on you then, because I still find you just as complex and confusing as I did before so...
