It starts slowly. People die all the time, especially in San Francisco, so no one bats an eye when a body turns up violently torn to pieces. Then, another body’s found. Then another, and another. Bodies were turning up mangled and torn to pieces left and right and people were starting to notice.
At first the public screams serial killer. The killings are gruesome, seemingly random, and difficult to believe could be the work of wild beasts. Does california even have wild beasts? No one’s sure and as the bodies start piling up, rumors, paranoia, and fear runs rampant.
No one knows where the whispers originated but word spreads like a contagion and before long, even the least connected of people have heard murmurs of two feral wolves causing havoc in the city. Instead of uniting people against a common goal, it breads further chaos in the city of San Francisco.
The city imposes a state-wide curfew. No one is permitted outside the home after 9pm - for their own safety. Park rangers from surrounding counties have been summoned to the city, searching the wooded areas in the city for any trace of these so-called beasts.
But that’s not all.
Local Medium Patricia Figalio was found brutally attacked in her home. What’s strange about her death is not that she was murdered, no, but the frantic scrawling of a single phrase on every visible surface in the house. It’s on the walls, scratched into the floor, doodled in the margins of notebooks, and even carved into her arm.
“ think doll as a. ”
What does the phrase mean? No one knows but it haunts all those who’ve seen it. Is it a warning? Last words? Omen of things to come? Only time will tell.
SUMMARY
People are dying. Their bodies are found mangled and torn to pieces, as if ripped apart by wild beasts. Rumors start to spread of two feral wolves causing havoc in the city. A medium is found dead with the words 'think doll as a' scribbled everywhere in her house.
'Think doll as a' is an anagram. the first person who can figure out what it means is allowed to have a character of theirs play a crucial part in the next plot drop. Once you think you know what it is, submit your guess to the main!
