These accords demand that all powered individuals—heroes or villains—register their identities, surrender their autonomy, and work under government supervision in exchange for amnesty. Some call it order. Others call it control.

Lines were drawn:

Some heroes complied, believing regulation is the path to peace.

Others rebelled, refusing to be pawns of corrupt systems.

Villains schemed, using the accords to gain power and legitimacy.

Now, factions rise. Friendships are tested. Worlds blur. And the question remains:

When the world turns its back on heroes... Will they turn their backs on the world?
