145 cm or 57 inches from belt tip to belt buckle notch . 136 cm or 53.5 cm from belt notch to furthered biggest hole to close it. missing one crystal on outer buckle petal . I had made my own notch to make it smaller when I 1st bought it n wore it because I loved everything about it i had to have it. I showed that in one of the pictures.
