Let's take a look at how to set up an employee self evaluation on AssessTEAM in minutes!
Step 1. Log in to your portal, and Click on Evaluation Templates to get started. Step 2. Click on Add new evaluation - we can pick one of these templates that best addresses our evaluation needs, but for this experiment, we will use Ad-hoc.
1. Mention the title and the Evaluation Description. Select the Send Date and the Evaluation Period.
2. Next, from the available evaluation level options, select the Self-evaluation option. Select the persons, teams, or job titles to be evaluated.
3. Go to result areas and click ‘Select from all available result areas’ to customize your evaluation criteria.
4. Finally, click on the Save button, then click on confirm to send the evaluations.
Evaluation can be completed using the links shared in the email, through smart devices, or on the assessteam.com console. Select waiting Evaluations to start a pending evaluation. Click on start evaluation, select answers as appropriate, leave notes wherever applicable.
